Lifespan
This product worked well but should have a longer life span. One should be able to update the ability of it's measuring capabilities.

Good communication with the seller, User Friendly and easy to use, Accurate, Sensitive, Small and practical
The seller was very nice and replied quickly to my questions with informative answers. The seller was very professional with his replies. I received the product a lot sooner than I expected, which is great. The unit is very easy to use comparing to other similar products out there and it is much cheaper as well. This unit works very well. I have experienced headache and dry mouth in my house so I was thinking the issue was in TVOC and HCHO (Formaldehyde), however almost none was detected, nonetheless, after I checked PM2.5 and PM10 it showed pollution level. now I know that I need an air purifier! This unit is very sensitive and seems to be accurate.I'm very happy with the product and service as well and I think it's worth what I payed for. I would definitely recommend this product.

Good product but difficult to read
Display is really hard to read unless the unit is tipped backwards or set at an angle propped up on something. Also, not entirely sure it's 100% accurate as readings differed from other air quality measures taken side by side

Limited Functionality
It's a nice looking unit and would be great if it worked with any kind of respectable interface. Unfortunately I found it too clunky to use. Fahrenheit is "under development", so It only displays temperature in Celsius. I mainly purchased the unit for PM & VOC measurements, so not a huge deal; but I don't see why converting between temperature scales is such a huge undertaking. The main issue I had was you have to select between VOC or PM measurements and it only gives an alarm for the parameter displayed. Basically, you could have it set to VOC measurements where it says air quality is OK, but the PM scale is through the roof and you get no alarm. Switch to PM measurement, then it will start to alarm; but if that settles down and for some reason you get high VOC in the room it will display that the air is OK until you manually switch back to VOC measurements. After discovering this dysfunction, I didn't even bother to test for accuracy. I prefer to spend my money on useful products so I returned it; but If you're willing to shell out $130 for someones faulty design & coding, then it might work for you...

HCHO/TVOC readings might be OK
Reset procedure for PM2.5/PM10 does not appear to work. I don’t know why a reset is needed for particulate readings anyway.Instructions state that there is a 60 minute average for PM10 and a 30 minute average for PM2.5. This appears to be backwards from the way the unit actually works.Temperature and humidity readings are not very accurate. Humidity does not work below 20%.If you move the device the readings go bonkers.Instructions state the unit will recalibrate HCHO/TVOC after changing from PM2.5/PM10 readout to HCHO/TVOC readout but that does not happen. The data for PM2.5 and for PM10 do not match the data from the local air quality monitoring stations for outdoor conditions. The device values are much higher. After working with this device for about three weeks I have concluded that the particulate readings are worthless. The data for HCHO and TVOC seems about right. However, for HCHO/TVOC there are two different resets required. You have to do both of them not just one. This is sort of discussed in section II-1 of the manual.

Easy to use IAQ monitor does not require WIFI or Bluetooth.
Te monitor did not have any instructions but the seller emailed them to me when I reached out. You really need the instructions to calibrate and know how to change screens. I like this monitor because it does not depend on WIFI or bluetooth. You just plug it in and get your readings. Perfect for using in the work place where WIFI is blocked by firewalls.

Finally decided to settle on this one and I'm happy. Also...
I purchased this specifically to measure the air quality at home since we had concerns. So far the unit has performed well and is responsive to any contamination I emerged it into. I do not know how accurate it is since I don't have any other devices to compare it to, but every time my nose detects an issue, it's reflected on the counts of the device, whether its chemical or organic contamination. So I can definitely trust to to show me if there's contamination I can't immediately detect. I took it to a couple of different locations, and it seems to work really well. In a newly painted place, it did show heavy amount of contamination, and in an older house it showed an increased number of particles in air but virtually no chemical contamination, which I believe is accurate. This type of devices are new to the market at this price level, and I considered quite a few. Finally decided to settle on this one and I'm happy. Also, didn't see any fake reviews here, so I decided to take time and write a review, hopefully helping this device to get more attention vs other devices that do not work as well but have a lot of fake reviews. And of course one of the most important things is that the customer service responded to every inquiry I made and answered all my questions, which is a BIG plus.AN UPDATE:So I've been using this now in different environments for a while and it works great. Very sensitive and responsive! While using it at work, all of the sudden the TVOC values went extremely high from approximately 0.073 to 6000 and above. The device started making an audible alert and I thought it was a glitch at first, because absolutely NOTHING apparent was happening in the office setting. A few minutes later people around and myself started sneezing, having runny nose and other symptoms. No one smelled anything harsh, but as we found out, there was some building construction going on in the area around the AC air intake. When the AC cycled on, it sucked in and propagated some chemicals that were odorless and were used as an adhesive. I was truly impressed, and it prompted us to vent the area while the values of TVOC gradually went to normal within 20 minutes. So you never know what can poison you and this device does an excellent job!
