Utter rubbish
This one came with instructions - that says basically dont take if you have any of a variety of ailments including HBP - (thats me!) - would have been great if that had been listed in the description - but theres the anger of any medicinal product bought off the internet

Enos is the best . Mix one sachet with a glass of cold water. Stir quickly and drink while nice and fizzy . It will fizz a lot then the fizz goes . I take 1 sachet for indigestion and it works . Good value for money and the sachets are better than a big jar . Keeps it fresher
