The quality and flavour are fantastic. I have enjoyed using this product, So far I've used it for baked sweet treats, curries and smoothies. A very good price for the amount of coconut.

Perfect for adding to cakes or savoury dishes.An Indian product. It's pure shredded coconut, with no added water.It comes as one solid block of frozen coconut, but it is easy to cut off what you require with a good heavy knife.It will keep in your freezer more or less indefinitely without any loss of flavour.Recommended as it's much better than having dried coconut, which will begin to lose flavour after a few weeks.I hope you found this review helpful.

It was my best half who found this by pure accident to use for a particular dish, and I was so suprised by such quality and freshness when defrosted. I shall definitely be purchasing this again and can highly recommend. No fuss, not mess and cut cooking time by half so what's not to love! I really like this, and it's been very successful in the recipes I've used it in. My only gripe, and I'm being really picky here, is that it's all in a big solid lump and you have to chisel bits off it with a knife - which, if you're not careful, then results in your kitchen being carpeted with little shards of coconut. But apart from that, it's great :)

Tried once and I have been buying this again and again! Tastes great to make chutneys, in curries and also a great snack!

Pleasant surprise ... it’s frozen ... not the dried variety. Beautiful flavour and texture.
