It converts pans to be used on induction heating hot plates
Other reviews were not as clear, it converts every pan or pot (Walmart or Calphalon etc) I've tried to be able to use on my induction hot-plate. Was a little worried a reviewer mentioned uneven heating due to the notches on the bottom but it has not been an issue for me, perhaps they sized it incorrectly. Seller even rushed shipping for me due to corona pandemic, Thanks! I was sick of the microwave!

If I were buying the 11 inch for the first time, I would NOT get the 11E.
The 11E has 3 indents which added about 1/8 of an inch between the induction cooktop and the plate. This results in a slightly weaker magnetic field at the plate, which makes the induction cooker a little less efficient. I purchased the 11E, and then flattened out the indents in a vice. The plate seems to get hotter, and get hotter faster. I wish I had more objective, fact based evidence to determine how much hotter and faster the 11 is over the 11E. Suffice it to say, if I were choosing between the two variants on a first time buy, I would now choose the 11 over the 11E.

Poor design
This truly needs design work done. It is impossible to keep clean and the bumps on the bottom do not allow for even heat distribution. I will continue my search for induction cookware.

GREAT PRODUCT!
This cooktop converter is a life saver! As much as I love using an induction stove top, it's hard to cook with dishes that allows certain foods to be evenly cooked as needed. This converter has allowed me to use some of my favorite old pans and try exotic dishes from foreign cuisines. Thank you for the fast shipping and helping to keep me and my family busy during quarantine.

Works but is not easy to clean and this is the second one we ordered.
It protects the electric stove top but the first one we ordered separated in a few places.

Still experiencing this products function
I have used it only a few times, I feel there is still more to learn about how to use it and how my stove works with it. So good so far.

Disk does not get hot enough to boil water
It took over 20 minutes before I gave up.

Great quality
Looks of excellent quality! The material is very good and lives up to expectations. It’s the perfect size for my cook top stove. Warmed up milk perfectly without over flowing. Haven’t tried it for anything else yet but hope to use it for many things in the future.
