Failed After Three Uses. Was a Nice Little Unit, but Definitely, Positively NOT Stereo
UPDATE 1/10/2019: UNIT HAS FAILED ENTIRELY after only three uses. Display goes haywire, controls non-responsive, no longer broadcasts any signal. Reduced rating to 1 star and returning. This is a nice little unit for what it does. The controls are intuitive and the quality is good. I researched carefully and came to the incorrect conclusion that this actually broadcasts in stereo. I can unequivocally state after much testing that this unit does NOT broadcast in stereo. Regardless of the "stereo" settings or appearance in the display, all signals are mixed into monaural (mono). I confirmed with different cables (the one supplied, plus others known good) and with true stereo source material with distinct left and right channel feeds. All are mixed to mono when broadcast through this unit, regardless of setting; while the modulation mode may have fooled one reviewer who stated the "stereo light came on" but I can tell you it is not stereo - there is a single mixed (L+R) channel regardless of source. I may decide to keep it but feel a bit taken by this revelation, but this unit does what it does well and I cannot fault the unit from a quality, signal, or battery life perspective. If you know it's not stereo going in, I believe it is still a reasonable buy at the price point and a decent unit. 3 of 5 Stars, with reduction in Sound Quality category due to single channel monaural mode which betrays the language in the Amazon listing.

Well-designed flexible and a real bargain
What an amazing little transmitter it is so compact! It even has a belt clip for convenience & the antenna is so short it doesn't poke into you because it's flexible. The range you get of course will depend on the location but I find I get at least a block-and-a-half with the transmitter in my 3rd floor window, which is further than I expected for such a small unit. For those of you who don't read manuals I should point out that it's a left-handed thread on the antenna I found that out by trial and error then I decided it was time to read the manual which turned out to be very well written. I wasn't expecting that. I have used fmuser products before, in fact I'm still using several of their products and they're all excellent. I love the fact that it comes with both a microphone and a 3.5 mm patch cord to hook up to your iPhone. This allows you to use it as both a home music broadcasting system as well as a wireless mic when you're having meetings in a public place. The power output is fully adjustable and is probably totally legal without license and every country but you should check your own authorities. If you need further range I highly recommend this unit: FMUSER 25W Long Range FM transmitter Set for Community Radio Station, 0-25w Radio Transmitter with High Gain Circular Polarized Antenna RF Cable for Radio Broadcast, 87-108mhz Make sure that you are in compliance with your local government regulations depending on which country you're in.Dealing with FMUSER was a pleasure, they are quick to respond to questions!

A 5 Star Product that is hard to configure --- thus a 4 star buy
I really like this FM transmitter. it does the job well. But it takes a bit of time to figure out how to configure it. I have done so and am very satisfied with it. I'm sure others, however, will have problems figuring how to configure it or even reading much of the rather small display. It may be the best or one of the best low cost transmitters on the market. If you're old, like me, however, get your magnifying glass (for both the display and the user manual), and expect to change configurations until you are satisfied. My preferred configuration? Reduce volume for the left and right speakers down from maximum by two bars and use the highest amount of power. Also, find a 110 volt plug that converts to USB for powering the unit as the battery will not last long.

Worked okay, until the LCD display glitched out...
I bought the FMUSER 0.2w Portable FM Radio Transmitter to make my spoken voice appear as a "radio station" on the FM dial of the in-dash radio in my vehicle. The vehicle in question was rather large, and held lots of passengers. Occasionally (for reasons of safety) it was necessary for me to convey spoken information to the passengers in the vehicle. The inside of the vehicle tended to be loud while in motion, so being able to "broadcast" my amplified voice over the built-in stereo speakers was a big advantage.Normally I would have the in-dash stereo tuned to (let's say) music from an FM radio station on FM frequency "A", providing music to the passengers. Simultaneously I had the FMUSER device set up with a "hot microphone" to constantly transmit my voice via FM frequency "B". When I had an announcement to make, I would briefly tune the in-dash FM radio to frequency "B", make my announcement, and then tune the in-dash FM radio back to FM station "A".The FMUSER Transmitter worked wonderfully for me, for about twenty 2-hour sessions (each followed by re-charging) spread out over the course of 2 weeks. Then the LCD screen "glitched out" and only displayed about 1/3 of the LCD display elements (the shapes that act like LCD pixels). That's when I had to return it. I'm not tempted to buy another one of this model, because I'm concerned that the LCD might give out again, but just AFTER the return window expires. I was lucky that the LCD glitched out on mine when I could still return it and get a full refund.
