I initially left a three-star review only because my 300-count box had quite a few empty wrappers, but the seller reached out right away and went above and beyond to make things right. She was incredibly kind and genuinely cared about the issue, even working with the manufacturer to ensure it doesn’t happen again. That level of customer service is rare and much appreciated!As for the straws themselves, they’re our absolute favorite. We don’t use plastic straws, and these bamboo straws are perfect—sturdy and much better for the environment. If you’re looking for a great alternative to plastic, I highly recommend these. Not only are they well-made, but the seller truly stands behind her product!

We used these for a science fair experiment in which both my kids were awarded medals and trophies. We are now more aware of eco-friendly products. These are a great quality and we're very pleased with our purchase.

I like the bamboo straws. It doesn't get soggy or soften. I also like it since it doesn't carry any taste or smell from the original material. It is better than paper but still friendly to our environment.

I’m not a fan of paper straws and I don’t want to use plastic so these are perfect. Definitely will be buying again!

I've tried a couple type of straws that were non-plastic and these have been the best. They don't dissolve right away in my drinks, like a lot of the paper-based straws do. It also adds less taste to my drinks than any others I've used. Good choice when wanting non-plastic straws.

I always like when I can find good quality compostable and renewable products that can replace plastic waste. These are pretty straightforward straws with a good weight like a plastic straw. Holds up nicely in my drink, there are no concerns about it breaking down (like a paper straw).My only issue was that one end was sealed shut on the first straw I grabbed in the box. Hoping I grabbed the 1 of 100 in the box and I don’t run into this more. Note - a quick snip with a scissors solved the sealed end problem :)

I am and always have been an avid straw user and since the whole turtle guilt-trip, I’ve tried to make it a point to use biodegradable straws (as long as they’re not gross & soggy paper ones). These are a fantastic option and value. They’re sturdy/durable and look/feel/taste like traditional plastic for all intents and purposes. Even better, they’re individually wrapped in a pretty thick paper. Often the prices of biodegradable straws/forks/knives, etc. are quite high in comparison to non-biodegradable options! These are priced about average compared to other packs of disposable bamboo straws in this quantity on Amazon ($10 for 100 ct. at the time of writing this review). Overall, I am super happy with these and would definitely recommend & reorder when I run out!
