10/10 buy it! It’s perfect the distribution of the white is perfect! I purchased a the 12-18lb & it’s more than enough! I’ve been consistently using it for a couple of weeks & the results are resulting lol. I’m 5’2 & was 171lb when I purchased. Fits nice doesn’t ding into shoulders making it comfortable, good quality & the weight adjustment makes it’s worth the money! So far I have only add 3 of the little bean bags it comes with, the best itself is already weighted so you could start with just the vets & gradually add weight. Definitely recommend to all the moms seeking that addition to increase the workout.

The weighted vest is a good weight for semi-beginner. I'm experimenting with the amount of weight, but I didn't have any problem using the full weight of 10 lbs as a small 66 year old female. It is a pull over which is not a big deal, but a front zip would have made it more convenient. The vest had a very strong chemical smell when it arrived. After placing it outside for a few days, it did air-out really well. I find the vest to be comfortable. The adjustable side straps also make it fittable for most people.

Vest is easy to get on and off, but it does have to go over your head. The shoulders are nicely cushioned and quite comfortable while wearing. The adjustable straps on the sides are pretty long, allowing plenty of room to make the vest fit as snugly or as loose as you'd like.The weight of the vest is evenly distributed between front and back, including the additional removable weights.I've only been using mine for a few weeks, but the quality seems very good and worth the price. It has definitely added some intensity to my workouts.

I really enjoy wearing this on my walks. The weight is distributed well and it doesn’t hurt your shoulders. The color and material is nice. There is a smell, but it doesn’t bother me. Kind of a plastic smell may be the best way to describe it. The size works well for heavier people and for smaller. Very versatile. My daughter is 130lbs and my husband 240 and they are both able to wear it comfortably

I bought this vest looking to get a little more out of walking. I’ve had it for about two weeks and taken it out on maybe half a dozen walks and am really liking it so far.It seems well made and it’s comfortable. There’s a bit of a smell when brand new but I didn’t find it too bothersome and it does dissipate with use. Once the straps have been properly adjusted it stays put. I haven’t had any issues with rubbing or chafing. The base 12-pound weight is distributed throughout the vest in such a way that it doesn’t put excessive pressure on my shoulders. Pouch on the front is handy for carrying keys, phone, sunglasses, whatever small items you might want or need during your exercise. Since I do a lot of walking near roads the reflective elements are appreciated. Seems to dry out quickly enough when it gets damp from sweat.I weigh about 175 pounds and am currently using the vest loaded to 16 pounds. For a brisk walk, the vest definitely takes the effort level from easy to moderate while still being sustainable. My heart rate can easily be 10-20 bpm higher than the same pace without additional weight. The effect is especially noticeable when hills are added in; what was no sweat before will have me puffing a bit by the time I reach the top. Aside from the cardio benefits, I can also feel that my legs are putting in extra work as well.Definitely pleased with the purchase so far, and with 16 pounds giving me the challenge I was looking for I’m glad there’s still room to step up to 18 pounds. For anyone who’s been walking for a while and finds they’ve plateaued a bit and wants to step it up - this is an excellent choice.

This APEXUP weighted vest is built like a tank and feels like one too—in the best way. Shipped fast, fits comfortably, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Those little sandbags are deceptively heavy (my delivery driver may never forgive me). Yes, it smells like neoprene at first, but if you're working out hard enough, you’ll smell worse soon enough.I use it for walks and squats—way more comfortable than a barbell on your traps. Buckle works fine, and the Army green looks awesome.If you want to feel like gravity got turned up just for you, this vest delivers. Literally.

I wanted an adjustable weighed vest with removable weights to build endurance. Unfortunately many of the vests made specifically for women do not offer multiple options to add/remove weight in the increments I wanted (womp womp) or are ridiculously priced. I found this one and it works great. It is a very well made vest and has held up through the stationery bike, weight training, walking, and running. Side straps work well and you are able to pull them snuggly to your side. It did not have a strong smell at all when it arrived. The only reason for removing the one star is it is floppy around the shoulders/chest which has made running a little difficult. I have a smaller frame so I am sure that is the reason. But I would still recommend it! Additional props for the American flag velcro patch!
