This was somewhat confusing to receive, as the neck scarf comes completely flat - like paper thin - and then says you need to soak it in water for a while before using it. Once you soak it, it puffs up to the way it looks in the photos. This cooling scarf works best directly out of the freezer on a hot day. If you've got it sitting out or even in the fridge, the temperature won't stay long enough to be helpful. There is no condensation occurring to help with cooling off, it's essentially just an ice pack, so once it warms up, it's done. Overall, I'm not displeased with it, but it's NOT something I would recommend actually tying around your neck unless you're into that kind of thing. I'd just tie it on a wrist or hold it in your lap or something.

These soak up water fast and last a long time once frozen. Works great with a barrier between contact with skin. On direct skin contact it gets very cold and unbearable quickly, awesome for quickly cooling down though.
