Brand New Modern Bedroom Mirror Sliding Door Wardrobe ARTI 1 in Matt White 250cm sold by Arthauss

My father has been doing DIY for much of his life, and I normally don't have any issues, but this product is an absolute nightmare to install. We have just moved house and bought three full wardrobes, and although none of them are easy, you have to accept its a bit of hard work. This one however is worse than that. None of the parts are labelled with any form of number, so working out what part to use is extremely hard. The screws, bolts, dowels & glue etc are just thrown into one big, not individual bags like all the rest of the wardrobes we bought. This makes it very hard to work out what screws to use for which part, and in fact we had to take the wrong screws out of one section as we realised towards the end they were wrong. The instructions have nothing written down, just pictures, and the pictures are not clear at all. Simply things like putting runners in the correct way around is impossible from the picture instructions. Its only when we were ready to mount the door could we work out which way the runners went. Although the unit is quite sturdy and solid, it doesn't fit together as well as others. The drawers are different sizes, but this is not clear in the instructions. Overall I would never buy from this company again. They need to get an English person to write some English instructions which we can understand. Nothing with this product was written in English. Not even the guarantee. Quite appalling.

Really beautiful wardrobe! We was so happy when it was finally up. It took us 2 and a half days.. the instructions are not the best... and it kind of felt like a never ending nightmare! You can't fault it when it is up & I have to admit it was worth it! I am only giving it 4 stars (4 and a half to b exact) because of the instructions... otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars! Really good quality & lots of space! I have lots of room to buy more clothes!

Wardrobe is very good quality and once up it is very good looking.there is a but.it took a very long time to put together.the pictures are not very clear and sometimes completely wrong. As a result part of it had to be undone and then turned round before it would go together.i soggest either better instructions or pay for the assembly.love the lights

An absolute nightmare for the 2 of us to assemble as some of the picture instructions were really not clear. and we had to re-do a couple of pieces along the way. Saying that, once we finally managed to complete it (after 3 nights after work trying) it looks great. it is very heavy / sturdy and great value for money.

It took 9 hours to complete with 2 of us. Also I paid £20 for the delivery guys to carry the wardrobe to 1st floor.

bought this wardrobe for our master bedroom. it looks fantastic. Plenty of space and solid.... but... what a nightmare to put together. it took my husband 9 hours and a few choice words.

I purchased this product for my new bedroom. It is huge!! My husband assembled it together with a friend. There is no way he could of done it on his own. The panels are too heavy for one person. It is a good quality piece of furniture. Solidly built and well worth the money! Very pleasing on the eye.

The media could not be loaded.  Love the size and quality is great. Light are very good to use as nightlight for my little one . It feet’s all my staff perfectly.
