The quality was a little lacking on this toy but overall my niece will love getting this for Christmas.

This set is so cute and perfect for little explorers. It's great value for the money and is very giftable!

The extendable net is the best item in this set, all pieces are plastic except the metal extender. The magnifying glass works but isn't very strong, and the bug container is very small and doesn't have a great latch or strong carrying strap. It's cute but I don't see the pieces lasting long before getting broken. The net will probably last the longest.

This is a really cute set that comes all together. Includes a net, tweezers, magnify glass, and a carrier to safely collect bugs. It's a great toy for learning and observing bugs in nature. Fun for outdoors in spring, summer and fall.

My son loved this toy when he opened it on his birthday 10/20. By 10/22, the toy just began to fall apart. The door hinges just began to fall off no matter how many times i carefully put them back in. The scooper lid also popped right off with one drop. (Wasn’t a high drop either). Just wish this toy was built a bit more sturdier.

The media could not be loaded. I got this bug catching kit for my toddler. Let’s be real, I also wanted to use it for myself. We live in a rural area and there are so many cool bugs to look at. It’s a cheap kit with lots of pieces, so I didn’t expect it to be crazy high quality, but I am a bit disappointed. One of the lid flaps on the bug enclosure broke immediately after opening. I am going to have to hot glue that side closed and hope the other flap doesn’t break as well. Other than that, the telescopic butterfly net is really handy and feels pretty sturdy, the magnifying glass is great, and the little capsule scissors are genius (I didn’t even know those were a thing!)

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use, long durable net, lots of good tools, but the magnifying glass is pretty weak so you might have to go by a stronger magnifying glass in order to have a full experience. Wish the company would prioritize that a little bit more so the set would be complete.
