Ruined Tuttio
My son put this on his Tuttio and now it doesn’t go as fast & lost its power when you try to engage. He has only had his bike a week! It’s very upsetting. Does anyone know how to reset the bike to the original settings?

I had to buy this one as a replacement because somehow I think the first one fell off the bike while I was riding to work either that or some gremlin stole it

Isn’t working
So far disappointing. You have to register to use app but registration seems broken. No errors and doesn’t send a registration code. Wouldn’t recommend. If it ever works I’ll update here.
