The label says it’s all natural ingredients. No mention of gluten present or not. If I remember correctly, the site on Amazon did say it is approved for Vegan use.

Q: Do you just pop these in your mouth or do they stick to your gum?

The tablet should be place between the cheek or lip and the gum. Both sides are the same, neither side will stick to the gum. If you want the kind that does stick to the gum, try XyliMelts from OraCoat. XyliMelts are slightly larger and last longer for me than XyliDent.

Q: Doesn't the malic acid erode tooth enamel over time? The ph of xylitol is only 6.5, not enough to neutralize it.

My dentist was quite pleased when I told him I had started using these. If you have a constant dry mouth like I do, your tooth enamel suffers. Your saliva actually protects it.
