The first towel bar I received looked like it was drooping downwards. If you'd put a level on the long arm of the bar, it would not be level/centered. Since I am spending thousands to renovate my bathroom, I did not want to install this eye sore because I felt the unstraightness would be too noticeable. I asked Amazon for a replacement, and the second bar came the same way. I will not be installing it, either. Overall, the bar isn't horrible and when a towel is on it, the bar itself may not be noticeable, but I prefer to use a product that is right. I will try a style from a different manufacturer. As a side note, I bought the toilet paper holder from Nolimas and it is great - seems like the bad quality/design is just with this hand towel bar.

My Master bathroom is about the size of a postage stamp but I like to have hand towels the sink is extremely narrow. These seem like a great addition definitely recommend them

Very poor quality already up one day and after hanging the first towel on it the arm is starting to wiggle loose I’m probably going to have to buy JB Weld luckily I have some JB up world another poor quality product brought to you from Amazon.com that’s why you get another one star

I bought the toilet paper roll holders first for all our bathrooms and liked them so much I wanted to get the hand towel bars as well. They all work fine except for one bathroom where we really need a left side bar. That is my only complaint about this product because they do not sell ones with the bar on the left.

The bar is attached to the base with two screws in a vertical position. Those screws do not have the leverage to hold the bar horizontal, so it sags with the pressure of a towel or your hand. This is a design flaw. Don't buy this.

Went in refreshed guest bath with a squzre fixture motif. Easy to install, looks great. Make sure you mind the width, this was much wider than the one it replaced but fit fine in my space.

The product says it is a 24 inch towel bar. That is outside the mounts. The actual towel bar size is 21.5 inches. We were hoping the mounting brackets would line up with the mounting hole left by the original 24 in towel bars. This bars mounting brackets were 2 inches short leaving us with holes to repair. We wanted the same size as an industry standard 24 inches but it fell short. Also the towels are now a little wide for these bars. We kept them because it is hard finding black finish bothroon accessories.
