The after-sale service from this company is phenomenal. When I bought this unit, it didn't function as a radio alarm (you couldn't use the radio as the alarm, it only used the buzzer as the alarm). I was disappointed and mentioned this in a review and the manufacturer quickly got in touch with me to notify me that there was a software update that added this feature. They were extremely responsive and helpful, I was genuinely surprised and impressed with their customer service. They understood the issue and worked hard to fix it. If you happen to get a unit that doesn't work as a radio alarm, try getting in touch with them, I'm sure they'll help you out. They have subsequently listened to other issues and worked on fixing those as well. I can't remember another time when I've seen a hardware manufacturer be so responsive.PROS: The speakers sound decent for their size and there are lots of options for audio input including Bluetooth and USB. The wireless charging works well, even through my phone's case. All of the media options and charging work very well, they were obviously the focus of the designers. If are buying the unit mainly to be a charging station and small Bluetooth speaker, I think you'll be pleased.CONS: Having the radio alarm working solves my main issue with the unit. You still can't set the volume for the radio alarm. It will remember the last station you played, but not the volume you used so it just uses the default, which is very loud, probably too loud for most people. They've said they are looking into adding the ability to control the volume of the radio alarm, and based on my experience with them, I believe them. The buzzer alarm only has a single option and it is a grotesque chime version of Bach's Prelude No. 1 in C major. If you like that piece, you won't anymore after you hear this enough times. If you are buying this unit mainly to function as an alarm clock, be aware of those two points. If you are ok with those limitations, then this will likely work well for you.

I am not a techie and don't like to buy things unnecessarily. When my bedside alarm clock of 40 years finally quit, I replaced it with this. This is AWESOME! I recently bought the I-phone 8 which has wireless charging so this charger was just what the doctor ordered. Having a bedside bluetooth with excellent sound is an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Wireless charging works with iPhone XS, but not with watch. good sound with speakers, but when connected with Bluetooth you can only adjust sound level from your device and not the clock. you can adjust brightness of clock light. Easy to setup. You can set alarm to radio or beeping, but I always use my phone for the alarm. I mainly wanted a clock and radio feature.

Easy to set up and easy to use. My only complaint is that I have to turn on the light to find the alarm On/Off button, if I get up before the alarm goes off. Otherwise, it does the trick.

I never write reviews but as a consumer I felt obligated to let others know. Save yourself the hassle and find another wireless charging alarm clock.Cons: Alarm randomly goes off with no prior alarms set. Bluetooth disconnects constantly, USB port won’t allow my white noise app to play through speakers. AUX port also shuts off connection to iPhone after a few mins.Pros: Wireless chargingVerdict: It has been a week since I’ve recieved this product and I have already started the return process. Having the Bluetooth constantly turn off in the middle of the night was very frustrating and not having any alternatives to playing white noise was what brought me to write this review.Additional Note: I am using a brand new iPhone 8 with this product.

Let's start with the positives -- this small alarm clock/charger looks stylish, doesn't take up much room, and reduces the number of cords on your bedside table due to the wireless charging. On the negative side, you have to set the alarm every night -- you can't set it to automatically go off every day like most alarm clocks. So, if you forget to set it, then no alarm. The buttons don't light up, so you can't see in the dark which is the right button to hit to turn off the alarm, or turn on the radio/bluetooth, whatever. The directions say that if you hit the snooze bar twice, it will turn off the alarm but that doesn't work on mine. So, I need to turn the light on and find the off button if I don't want snooze. Then, the radio alarm gets pulsing interference that makes it unlistenable. I can't figure out what is causing it, but about 60% of the time that the radio is on, this problem occurs. Finally, the bluetooth worked only once and then after that it doesn't work, even though my phone says it's connected, the music doesn't come through the speakers. What a dud. I did a lot of research before buying -- hopefully this will save someone else the same mistake.

I use this primarily as a night charger for my new iPhone 8. It replaced another similar version that I had used with my iPhone 6S which needed to be docked in order to charge. I needed to take the case off of that phone each night which was a bit of a pain. The display is not too bright, I don't notice it when I close my eyes like I have with other displays. The numbers are easy to read. I love that I can just place the phone on top at night with the case on and it charges. I have not used the sound much nut it was easy to pair.The one thing that would make it 5 stars was if the time synced automatically like the prior clock did with the 6S.
