Great product
This is a very good product and the price is right. The only thing I didn't like is that when I installed the Wi-Fi adapter it didn't quite match up with the directions that came with the Wi-Fi. I got everything going but there was a couple of times I needed to restart the computer in order to actually have it work. I'm just using it now and I'll let you know if anything else happens.

Works as described
WiFi adapter worked as described. It's very handy to have in my arsenal of computer repair items. I don't have to run physical cables across the rooms anymore

Didn't work and no "Help" menu.
Arrived promptly. Tiny instruction manual, needed a magnifying glass to read. Followed instructions; time-consuming, but clear enough. Got to the end, all 100% green bars showing within the utility, closed utility, and checked system tray icon - all red bars, it's not connected. Dongle light is blinking. Reset the router, still nothing. There's no "Help" menu or resource. Now what?
