I have waited to write a review to get a feeling for how I respond to this supplement. I have consistently noticed a headache after taking this and that's not a benefit! As a 65-year-old woman, I am intrigued by the claims and research surrounding NAD. However, I am concerned by the lack of information about the company producing it. I am unable to find any information on Civavo or the Ledu Ltd company with a Denver address besides a Bizapedia listing.This product does have silicon dioxide listed in its "other ingredients." It is used as an anti-caking agent and I try to avoid that as an additive in supplements. Little is known about the pharmacokinetics, efficacy, safety, and potential side effects of long-term supplementation with NAD+ precursors.
