A nice device, works as advertised.
The product works as advertised. Google the manual as the supplied manual is printed so small that it would have been better to put a not with a url to the pdf instead. Also the manual omit certain settings that HAS to correct - like the IP address of your router/gateway - it is default set to 198.162.1.1 - many routers like those from ATT has the IP of 192.168.1.254.You can have three simultaneous streams, however they have different max video quality. First stream is max 1920 x 1080, 2nd is max 1280 x 780 and third is max 720 x 576, they can all serve to same or different services.The browser based user interface works. There are a couple of kinks or mismatch between the GUI and the manual, most importantly is you enter urls in "Classic Mode" do not enter any / or rmtp:// in the beginning of the RMTP server field.Firmware upgrade is straight forward though it was a bit hard to find the latest FW on the fmuser forum, it's not under downloads on the main website. When found it's a two step process, and make sure you do the steps in the right sequence.

Steep Learning Curve, but I'm getting there.
So I ordered this not knowing too much on how this worked and I have managed to get this working in my lan through vlc but can't for the life of me get it to work with facebook live not sure what I am doing wrong but I have followed the video instructions found on the site but it still won't work, I think this is more of a user error than anything, but I am still learning how to configure and use this. as I get better and get the results I want I will update the star rating, I would say that configuration could be a bit easier but it is not, The learning curve at least for me was a little steep and it's just taking some time to learn the features and settings as we are using this in a church setting and my time with this is not as much as I would like.

FMUSER HDMI Encoder, a must have
The FMUSER HDMI Encoder is a great product. Easy to setup and use, a most have for any serious video broadcaster working within a certain budget.
