My Grandchildren, 5, 9 and 12 year old picked this up in a matter of minutes. They a lot of fun on it. I tried a couple of times, but it didn't go well. The battery last about 4 hours and the bluetooth allows my Grandson to sinc his smart phone to it and play music. Very neat toy. I wish I had one as a child.

I bought this hover board for my son’s birthday and he loved it! He used it a few times but then it started beeping and would not stop. No matter what we tried. I contacted Tomoloo support and they were able to diagnose the issue (defective charger) and sent us a new one. I am very happy with the customer service I received and the board itself is very good quality and my son loves the board.

The battery dies after about 10 minutes of usage. Fully charged (overnight). Makes random noises at night while turned off. it is not even remotely water resistant (wet grass is a nono, wet sidewalks are the worst) unit shuts down when getting close to a puddle. plastic case came apart - broken screw holes inside of unit. tires are balding with minimal usage. the charging port broke loose, now it just hangs out of the back. tried to contact support as directed, no response at all. tried to return it to amazon, failure, they are still saying the unit has not been returned. spend a few extra bucks and buy locally.

This black hoverboard was a birthday present for my granddaughter, turning 9 on August 2nd. I also purchased the blue hoverboard for my other granddaughter turning 7 on August 7th. They were nervous and hesitant at first, but after showing them how to get on, balance their body and use their feet to control movements, then get off, they had control of the hoverboards within 15 minutes. The lights are a great addition, they loved all the colors changing as they moved and rolled. Unfortunately we did not have a blue-tooth app to get the music activated. My 2 granddaughter's mom will set that up for them. They were excited to know the hoverboards could play music, and that the lights will dance to the music playing. I do highly recommend wearing a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards, just in case of falls. Also, I watched a few videos on line to, "Learn How To Ride Your Tomoloo Hoverboard." I highly recommend new owners to watch these videos before trying to ride your new hoverboard. The videos show everything you need to know to ride your board safely. Don't forget to read your owner's manual, it contains many answers you will need to know. My 2 hoverboards purchased for 2 granddaughters lasted on first charge just over 4 hrs. That seems like it is a normal amount of time for these boards. These girls love their birthday presents.

Son Love the Hoverboard. Work great, battery life is great. Only down side is the Bluetooth speaker sound like crap and the rang is not to go. But over all the Hoverboard is a good buy.

My little sister is overjoyed with the hoverboard and it looks just like the pictures.

The best christmas present I've given to my grandson even mommy and Daddy tried it!
