I started doing colon cleanings as a teen, due to the recommendation of a friend's homeopathic parent and experienced huge health benefits. If you are not familiar with the benefits of colon cleansing, I highly recommend you research tissue cleaning through bowel management. Despite it's usage in other countries, the USA has not really embraced this health practice. Therefore, unless you make your own set up, the only equipment available seems to be the small squeeze ball or the standard hot water bottle / enema / douche bag combo. I usually purchase the later, as it is the only thing that provides enough water to get into the higher portions of the colon.That said, lately, I have been quite sick after colon cleansing. This can happen if you have eaten a lot of bad food and haven't done a cleansing in a long time, but this was not the case. Therefore, I started inspecting my equipment carefully, only to find it was filled with mold in the areas that were difficult to see, despite the fact I always drain it and hang it to dry after use. Unfortunately, the opaque tubing and very design of the hot water bottle are part of the reason this happened.In frustration, I started looking online to see if I could find something else and was surprised to find the wide variety of options. Includes a stainless steel hangerNow I have been using the Smokitcen Silicone Collapsible Enema Bucket Kit for awhile now and I have to say it works much better than what I had before. To start, I really like the silicone tips with the opening on the side. They are much easier to insert, you don't have to worry about perforating the colon, and the water coming out of the side opening on the tip stopped the "urgency" to go, allowing all of the water to flow in before I had that feeling. Furthermore, I really liked the flow valve, which is easier to use than the standard tubing clamp. Additionally, I loved the fact I could fill the bucket while I was using it, because using the hot water bottle required dismantling it in order to fill it, where this one you can continue to fill until you are at the therapeutic level.Overall, the Smokitcen Silicone Collapsible Enema Bucket Kit is a game changer. It is easy to clean, easy to dry and makes colon cleaning much more pleasant and easier to perform. I wish I had this kit years ago. Five stars.

The water reservoir is close to a quart / liter in size. The tubing (total of about 6-feet) is already pre-cut with two options to allow flow - either a ball valve and a tube clamp. There are a variety of nozzles to select from and a mesh bag to store stuff in.The lid for the reservoir has a small vent hole in the top, so the liquid will still drain even with the lid in place. But this equally means that it's not water tight if it gets laid on its side or upside down. The handle along with the S-hook is convenient for suspending it from a showerhead or something elevated. Everything works as expected and the reservoir collapses to save space when not in use.

I tried to use this enema kit but ran into multiple challenges. First, it is a little complex with a lot of parts. Second, having relatively short arms, I could not hold the tip straight so it did not work. I am able to use the traditional enema sold in stores (e.g. Fleet or other brands) but this one did not work. The bucket is huge and collapsible and made of silicone which is great. I just wish it had worked for me. Another reviewer is repurposing it as a plant waterer. I will have to try that.

I would say that this enema set scorse 5 stars as far as function is concerned. The silicone collapsible bucket and the well clamped valve tubing setup are working well. I am happy with the functionality.Where I am not so thrilled is the ease of cleaning.This type of procedure needs a meticulous clean-up if the devices are to be used more than once. I personally like to run a little bleach water through the system after use. I know there are many who do not agree with this approach but I believe that it is necessary to adequately sanitize the device. The opacity and multiple nooks mean there is some potential for bacterial build up.I have found some other kits are easier to cleanup.However from a funtionality standpoint, this works well...

This is a great enema bucket. It is replacing my 40+ year old enema bag. The old bag was rarely used, but a good thing to have on hand. This is much easier to clean and dry thoroughly than a bag. It is well made, the handle is sturdy if you are going to hang it with the enclosed hook. I like that you can also set it on a shelf, or the back of the toilet, which you couldn't do with a bag. The higher you place it the greater the pressure you will get, though the valve also lets you control the pressure. I like that it has a lid with a small air opening. It has a good variety of reusable nozzle ends to choose from. As an RN who has given plenty of enemas, I think this is a well designed piece of equipment that should last years.

These enema kits are very nice and include all you need to do a full on enema with a lot of water. The collapsible detail is also nice, let's you stow it flat pack instead of a big metal bucket like other styles. Wild how we went from those junky rubber bags kits to these nice ones.

It features a hook, tubing with a roller clamp and pinch clamp. It also includes various nozzles to use to get the job done. It doesn't leak.
