step down transformer 220volts to 110volts 50 watts 0.42 amps. what will you recommend?

its two way, I tried to use it to convert a 110v battery charger to 220v wall socket, and it got heated after 10 minutes and got burnt

The photo shows it can only plug INTO a 110v outlet, does it have adapter to plug into 220v outlet?

No adapter to make a 220V Euro standard plug, you have to get that separately.
