Every quarter pan is filled 3-4 times to ensure you get the most paint possible, though air bubbles do occasionally occur. Not intended for use on skin. Please do not ingest. For best results, apply 1 to 2 drops of water to the paint and wait a minute, then reactivate the paint with a paint brush.
