I love this weed puller! It’s well-designed to be functional and it is. Easy to use, sturdy, not too heavy. Easy to grip.

Due to a breakage of a weld of my cheap trowel and a misplacement of my sturdier trowel I ended up buy two more trowels - a Kings County Tools and CFCT - without welds or plastic attached handles that can break. The misplaced trowel finally showed up after about 2 weeks so now I have 3.Summary of the 3: The old trowel has a thick but flat-ish blade; The KCT has a thinner but curvier blade so good for moving more soil; The CFCT is a large scooper for moving lots of soil.I live in the Pacific NW where the soil is rocky. The old trowel with its tough thick blade is probably the most suitable for digging in this soil. If you have the soft Midwest soil or are doing raised garden beds then the CFCT is an excellent choice. Just keep in mind that it's much bigger than most trowels. The KCT is a good choice for softer soil too but would be a better choice if you're working with pots due to the smaller working area. The drawback with the KCT is the relatively small handle. It's about 3/4" wide and 3/4" thick at the indent so I find it hard to get a good grip with my medium size hands. Both the KCT and CFCT are light weight as compared to my old trowel.Summary on the CFCT trowel/scooper. This is an excellent hand trowel if you're not working in tight spaces or pounding into the hard ground trying to pry out a rock. It has a one-piece molded construction all the way to the end of the handle so no weak spots to break, has a large curved blade for moving good amount of soil, handle has inlay plastic/rubber and sized properly for good grip. This is my tool of choice when working in my raised garden. I recommend this product.

Bought this as a replacement for one I had for years that was misplaced. It’s a little biger than my old one, I have small hands but still works well. Very sturdy.
