Does this come with everything pictured, like the rolls of vinyl?

Yes, it comes with everything but the vinyl it comes with is not good, it’s more like sticker paper. The first time I tried cutting that vinyl with the plotter it cuts right through but when I use my oracal it cuts beautifully
