Does the job!
Bought to cut MDF 170mm skirting. Only had 2 outside corners so didn't need a chop saw despite it being a far better choice.

Mitre box for skirting board
I bought this so that I could cut 7 inch skirting board mitre. I have had quite a bit of success but still have to be careful to clamp the work in the box. It is also easy to cut into the plastic box so it may break in future.

Difficult to use with substandard results.
it's difficult to use period and the results not very good. I bought this for skirting boards and you have to screw it in to a wood surface to keep it from moving around so you need either a wood table to work off or a large flat piece of wood.pros:nonecons:- The saw guid catches the blade so the longevity of the product is questionable.- There is no features to aid fastening the wood into the unit and depending on what you are using to fasten the unit to to prevent movement, a table for example, you'd need large clamps to accommodate the table- The guide is only good for very thin saws
