Beardscape with Travel Case

PLEASE NOTE: I only received this product yesterday. This review relates to my initial impressions of looks, feel, and use. I will update my opinion after a few months of use.I’m a big fan. This is by far the sturdiest, most high quality grooming product I’ve ever come across. It’s both beautifully weighted, and comfortable to hold. The design, details, LED display and overall aesthetics are 10/10, in my opinion. It really feels as though a lot of care and love went into the production.Definitely the quietest trimmer I’ve used, too, contrary to many other reviews I have read which argue otherwise. Even at full power, it is still far quieter than my previous Braun trimmer.The length settings and guards work well, very well. The pessimist in me, however, wishes that the open blade would trim a little closer to the skin. It cuts short enough, to the length of a few days stubble. But, if you want to be clean shaven all over, or in certain areas, you will need to wet shave. Just so you know.It must be said, though, that the travel case is a bit weird. There was definitely more thought put in the aesthetics than efficiency with this. The trimmer fits in nicely, but good luck trying to fit the attachments in, and being able to close the case...All in all, this is absolutely the best beard trimmer I have ever used, and I do not see anything coming close any time soon. I highly recommend giving this trimmer a try, if you have not already. I firmly believe that you will not regret it.I hope this review helps in your decision making process with regards to the Brio Beardscape.

Remember the first trimmer you bought? (yes I am referring to that silver Wahl trimmer). That was okay for the time being until it started to break and rust away in my cabinet.This is by far the best trimmer I have ever used. You notice the quality straight out of the box. It has a good weight to it, and does not feel hollow. There are no loose bits moving around inside.Pros:- VERY good build quality- really nice LCD screen- an icon appears to tell you when to oil the blades- adjustable speed- adjustable blade length- power remaining (in minutes)- Extremely good battery life- the travel case looks awesome with the orange accent and is very high qualityCons:- your dad, your sons, brothers, granddad, uncles and friends will be jealous- someone will steal it- you will never be happy with other trimmersDefinitely recommended for anyone as this is a really good value trimmer. You get a lot for your money. After trying seemingly endless different trimmers over the years, the Beardscape genuinely deserves every bit of praise the positive reviews give it. It ticks all the boxes - compact and easy to handle, simple and sleek design with a gorgeous LED screen, very smooth and even cut which lets you detail just as well as the barber can, incredible battery life (can't remember the last time I charged it), and best of all the build quality is superb and it has shown no signs of rust or damage after prolonged use.After even Wahl trimmers rusted and broke on me after a couple months, I had almost given up on finding a good trimmer but this thing has just sorted me out big time. 100% recommend especially for anyone who has struggled with other products before.

I only review products on amazon that I have bought that I have found to be extremely good, or extremely bad. This falls in the extremely good category.I had a philips previously and this is on another level. Everything about it is great, the battery lasts 2 hours on the highest setting; the beard cutting ability is great, giving an even cut throughout; it is extremely easy to hold and use; comes with a great travel case and charging holder; it is relatively quiet, it does make noise but it is not excessive. It overall is a high quality product that has lasted me for over a year and still works great and I doubt I will ever change to another beard cutting device.

This is the first trimmer I bought and I absolutely love it! I got it mainly for my beard but I use it for my hair a bit as well.First of all, I LOVE how powerful this trimmer is! For something which is cordless, it does a good, if not better, job than most trimmers with cords. I also love how sharp the blade is and how easily it cuts hair. It cuts close to the skin which is perfect. Be careful though, you can cut yourself with these trimmers if you're not careful.Moreover, I absolutely love the display. I don't understand why it isn't a standard feature amongst all trimmers. It shows how fast your trimmers are currently going, but more importantly, it shows the battery life in minutes! you have no idea how good it is to know exactly how much battery is left. It's such a good display as well.On the note of battery.. This thing has a beast of a battery! It lasts forever! When I first got the trimmer, I went a whole month and a half without charging (using the trimmer around once every 2 - 4 days) and it charges pretty fast as well! I love that you can either charge via a cable or a dock.Furthermore, the buttons and slider (for the length of hair the trimmers will cut) are responsive and work flawlessly. The attachments are great and high quality. At first it isn't easy to put it on top of the trimmer, but you do get used to it.The reason I can't give this 5 stars is because:1. My trimmer came with a small scratch on it, it's no big deal but it does annoy me.2. The travel case isn't that great. It can hold the trimmer fine... but that's all it can hold. If you try and put the attachments into it then it won't close. The travel case will definitely protect the trimmer, but I wish there was space for the attachments.
