This is the first time I have written a review: I say---SAVE YOUR MONEY~ POOR performance!!I chose this item because of the reviews that said it is better than all others plus it was more expensive. I was excited about using this mop...but I really regret the purchase now....For the first time in my history, I was so disappointed with the product I bought from Amazon!Let's start with the POSITIVE:• Arrived quickly• Love the spin bucket concept.• Good for “quick” mop ups• Great color choiceNow for the specifics. Remember I am comparing to another spin-dry mop that I just purchased from a competitor due to the POOR performance of this product and the recommendation from a good friend.NEGATIVES:MOP Head:• Spin disk is cheap; awkward along with the plastic is too large to get into corners.• The mop head is not as large and is hard to maneuver.• The so-call "super absorbent" microfiber mop does not absorbent water at all. Better choice: a cotton mop head.• It is tricky to get mop head on and off.• States it can be washed, it can, nevertheless plastic is an issue and mop head shrinks.Pail:• The pail is not as good as the spin mop pail.• The mechanism is a cheap spring that spins the mop gears. I do not think the spring will last very long.• The mop slings water out the bucket during spinning. When you put the mop in the bucket it splashes out the side.• Problems with getting the mop head to sit decent in the spinner.• The stepper spinning felt awkward and did not spin dry as good.Handle:• I also need to mention the handle. As I am mopping, the mop handle is bending not very strong at allI do not recommend this mop!! I would send it back however, the cost and time is not worth it. I had to look for another one, hence the purchase from ShopNBC. I prefer the spin mop I got on ShopNBC and it was a better price.

I was a little hesitant to buy this mop after reading some of the feedback. Let me assure you, it was unnecessary. The mop and the handle are very well made. The bucket is also very well made. Someone wrote that the mop head keeps falling off. They must've received a flawed item. I used this to mop my kitchen, foyer and two bathroom floors and never had a problem. Someone else wrote that the water sprays out of the bucket when you are spinning the mop head. I put the bucket right in front of my stainless steel dishwasher, which shows every thing; and following the instructions, started out slow and then pumped faster. Not a drop of water on the stainless.I have Arthritis like so many others and hate to admit that I haven't been able to take care of my floors like I used to do. In a matter of 30 minutes, I did the kitchen, foyer and two bathrooms with absolutely no stress, or strain on my shoulders, or hands. I only used hot water, no cleaning solution and they sparkle! I think this is an incredible product! I only wish I had found it sooner!

Bottom line...so far, this is the best mop in this category. I have purchased 3 different 360 spin mop brands in the past year ( some for gifts). All have similar features. The MOPAWAY is superior in quality of pail and so far, the handle appears stronger than the competition. The handle is the problem with these mops because the plastic attachment to the handle that binds the handle sections tends to crack with too much pressure and the handles are hard or impossible to replace. This pail also has suction cups to keep in it place when ringing. One drawback, the mop head pops off when in use sometimes but is easy to click back in place.  Super Floor Mop .. I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to mop my floor. My back can no longer handle bending and hard shoving on an old square-headed mop or a heavy full-size mop and then throwing down towels to mop up the excess water. I got this thing and that's all taken care of now! The mop does not require hard pushing or bending in order to get out those tough spots. With the spinner, I can make things as wet or dry as I want, so I don't need to go over the floor again with towels to mop up the water. I can let it air dry in a matter of minutes. It's a perfect size for apartments. Both the mop and bucket are small and easy to store. It's also easy to detach the mop head and the duster and throw them in the washing machine when they need it. I heartily recommend this product if you suffer from a bad back or arthritis.

I should have done more research... I like the idea of the spin mop. The bucket is a great product, the handle feel stronger but, the mop head is a no no! Be aware you can only buy the "mopaway" head. The round black plastic stays on... The handle can be remove from the plastic part of the mop head...so you need to found a mop head with a square center to snap. The "mopaway head" is not as thick as other brand and it does not spin freely. I still like the idea... But! I should had done more research.

I chose this because one of the review said it's better than all others and it is more expensive. I really regret now. When I first use the same type of spin-dry mop in my parents' home in China, I was so amazed that I decided to order from Amazon as soon as I got back from China. And for the first time in my history, I was so disppointed with the product I bought from Amazon! I am not sure if this was made-in-China. If it was, I just have to say it must be the worst manufacturer that is simply good at doing business!Now be specific. Remember I am comparing to another spin-dry mop that I just used. 1. Spin disk is cheap and awkard. It felt thinner and would scratch the floor when I tried to mop (which never happen to the other one). 2. The so-call "super absorbant" microfiber mop doesn't absorbant water at all when it was compared to the cotton one. 3. The stepper spinning felt awkard and didn't spin dry as good!I would not buy pruduct from this manufacturer again. Will have to look for another one.
