Stamp is perfect. If shipping time isnt an issue. I highly recommend. Its excellent quality. Its Just what I ordered. Shipping time was terrible once it got to the states.

I ordered this set which was supposed to come with both a straight handle and an angled handle. It arrived having only the straight handle as in photo #1. Otherwise, the product was quite satisfactory.I then contacted the seller and explained the issue. They responded quickly asking for a photo, which I sent. They answered back promptly letting me know that the missing part was on its way. Can’t ask for better than that.Photo #2 is what arrived today. Exactly what I needed.I am only assigning a four star review for two reasons.1.- The original order was missing an item.2.- Nobody looks at five star reviews.In truth, they gave five star customer service and I would buy from them again.

I do not normally do reviews ( I should) but this was an outstanding purchase. I made some leather wallets as a memory for a recently lost friend. This product, the service and the functionality were ALL superb and I love it. It is so reasonably priced, I ordered another just to have fun with. Couldn't be happier with this item.

Purchased this item to make coasters for my daughter's wedding. The personalization was perfect but the handle broke after just completing a few coasters. Due to the time in shipping, I could not order another. I was extremely disappointed and would not purchase again. For the price this was a waste of money.

Terrible item and customer service from the seller awful as well. It comes with what appears to be some sort of stand, but there is nothing in the package to tell you what it is, AND it's so small and flimsy that whatever that extra piece is, is too small and flimsy to support the iron. Was VERY disappointed as I had this for a woodworker for a Valentine gift. Also, don't buy if you expect it on the days they say they will deliver. Will not buy again.

Excellent product, fast delivery. Burned wood and faux leather perfectly. Took little bit more than 3 minutes to heat it up to proper temperature.- depends on your source of heat. I Recommend this product.

Haven't used it just got it brought for my son for gift. Looks ok. But craved handle is missing
