This clear plastic case from the excellent phone case maker Spigen is a hybrid of a hard plastic back and soft plastic sides. It's a rigid case that offers good protection. The grip of the frosted hard plastic at the back is very poor but the sides have good grip - it is too easy for this case to slip out of your hand. The case looks good when on the phone, allowing your phone's design to shine through, especially if you have a nice colour. The soft plastic sides will go yellow over time, as all clear cases do, but should be slower than some if you believe Spigen's marketing, which I am minded to as they are a good brand making quality phone cases.

Fitted to my new iphone 16pro max and it caused the screen saver to lift as the case did I not appear deep enough to cover the phone and screen saver. So had to return.

I returned mine as I was able to get a MagSafe case for $4 more that also came with 2 screen protectors from Tauri. They also sell their cases on Amazon.

I only trust Spigen phone cases; I have been using them for many years now and with my new IPhone 16 pro max coming very soon I am only using this brand.The case provides maximum protection while being made to keep its good looks from slim profile to long lasting clarity; worst thing is gene cases go yellowish colour!
