Sharp af and keeps an edge, a great addition to the kitchen

Steel seems to be of good quality but the apex is small/short and the blade dulled extremely quickly with light use and despite not being used on hard surfaces or unsuitable items for chopping.Will sharpen it on stones and given the steel I expect it to hold its edge much longer when properly finished.Overall, good steel but disappointed at how quickly the edge dulled. Other knives around the same price from the likes of Mercer hold their edge much longer.

Habe das Messer meinem Schwiegervater zu Weihnachten geschenkt. Er ist sehr zufrieden damit, die Schärfe ist sehr gut und langlebig. Man sollte es nur von Hand waschen und nicht in die Spülmaschine geben, da es sonst schnell stumpf wird.

Liviano, filoso, ergonómico y buen tamaño. Limpiar y secar después de cada uso. También mantenerlo afilado con una chaira después de utilizarlo y estará listo para el siguiente trabajo. No quiero decir que se desafila rápido, pero manteniéndolo afilado no tendrán problemas.

Este cuchillo japonés es fantastico, cortar es un places (cuidados con los dedos :). Calidad optima a un precio no excesivamente alto.Tengo otro (un santoku) de la misma marca, e estoy muy contento con ambos.

Liegt gut in meiner großen Hand, hat eine angenehme Größe für Gemüse und Fleisch, schneidet wie Butter.
