Very helpful and informative!
Love this book! I'm already a Michelle Lewin fan and reading this book helped me get to know the woman. Really helped me understand so many concepts such as macronutrients. I'm reading it again and am recommending it to my friends. It's so helpful to have recipes you can make and a grocery list! I look at the list of foods in this book to write my grocery list. Highly recommend this book if you're on your fitness journey!

Michelle Lewin and Dr. Samar Yorde put together a guide book that helped me integrate all I do to improve my overall fitness life.The book is filled with the information, motivation and recipes that will help you achieve that “hot body” aka healthier body that will help you stay stronger as you reach your goals and beyond. These recipes are tasty and there is a lot of variety- hardly do you make the same dish unless it’s a preworkout snack-and that changes every week. If you want to repeat a dish, you may, by substituting the same protein for certain dishes.I had taken this book out from my local library and loved the recipes as well as the advice given in this book-I had to buy it and complete all the recipes- and I’m glad I did.Dra. Best guide for dieting!!!!
She is extremely motivational in this book! Full of useful tips and tells the truth! I love the fact that she added her grocery list at the end of the book and also pages where you can write down your meals!

Ehhhh....
So disappointed in this book i did not learn anything new… I was expecting at least a few workout routines! The digital copy is horrible! ! paragraphs overlapping. She strongly suggests HIIT but does not give one single HIIT workout. Gave the names of food dishes but with no instructions or tips! maybe the digital version is missing this info!?! The workouts and meal prep is what attracted me to buy it but only got a motivational speech!! Waist of time and money. i could have found what little info she gave with a quick google search!

Impossible for the average woman
Highly impractical all or nothing approach. Every meal including breakfast entails a host of expensive hard to find ingredients, lots of cooking and preparation and a truly holier than thou approach. You would need endless budget and endless free time to follow this. No easy to implement ideas for busy working women with families. Even sauces and dressings must be made from scratch according to Lewin cos 'additives'. How ironic that she's got no issue with additives in the body when it's 2 giant slabs of silicone.
