As a person who is suffering a lot when i am on my period ,this helps me ❤ i have horrible back pain and cramps and nothing could help me,even painkillers. I feel such a huge comfort while using it . Such a great help for womans.

When I first got it it took about 5 hours to fully charge, and I only used it consecutively for around 2 hours and it was already dead again. You can only keep it on for 30 mins at a time, which I think is good especially if you fall asleep with it on however it the actual battery life is terrible, could possibly be a faulty one but I’ve seen a few other reviews that say the same thing.The actual product though is so comfortable to wear and the perfect heat. I use it for pain relief on my back and it means I can still move around and do things without a hot water bottle being strapped to me. Perfect for going out with too completely compact. Just a shame about the battery life.

Amazing for stomach pains. No more filling a hot water bottle up.Can wear it out and about.So cosy and warm.Can only have it on the first heat setting. It gets too hot and need to take it off as it gets so hot it burns so be careful.Charge isn't the best but lasts over an hour.

Helps my daughter Loads; no paracetamol needed. She sometimes takes it into school. It's a blessing tbh

Leave on charge until full or over night and only get 20 minutes use of out of it max.Attempting to get an exchange in case faulty.

🌟 The rechargeable menstrual heating pad arrives in a pretty box and comes with 2 x micro USB charging cables and instructions➕️ I do suffer a fair bit with cramps and normally use a hot water bottle which can be a pain as you have to lug it around with you➕️ The heating pad itself is an oval plastic pad in baby pink colour with a soft but slightly firm padded backing that rests on your lower abdomen (or wherever you want to place it). The pad has a stretchy, adjustable strap that stretches around to the back and closes with a buckle➕️ The pad has two buttons on the front to control the pad with each button surround by LED indicator lights to indicate the mode you've chosen. The Power button turns the pad on and also controls the vibration feature. The heat button controls the heating feature. You have the option of having both features on, or just one.➕️ By pressing the vibration button you can choose from 3 x different vibration modes with the first being a constant vibration and the other two being vibration patterns. The LED indicator light will light up green depending on the mode you select. By pressing the heat button you can choose from 2 heat modes- low, medium and high. The LED indicator light will light up red depending on the level you've chosen➕️ The pad is definitely light as a feather and feels really comfortable and effortless to wear. I was pleasantly surprised by the vibration feature as I thought the pad just heated up. This pad can definitely get HOT on the highest level. In fact, after having it on my lower abdomen for 10 minutes on the highest heat, I had to turn it down as I started to feel that tingly feeling when something is too hot and gets a bit stingy. I'm actually happy that the pad can reach such temperatures as I want it to work as well if not better than a hot water bottle, which it does! Combined with the vibration this pad is a game changer for menstrual pain!🌟 The charge on the pad seems to last a good while so you can get on with things and wear it underneath a top. It heats up really fast too and reaches maximum heat within a few minutes. I honestly think this pad is fab! It really does help and is much better than a hot water bottle. It can also be used on other areas of the body as the straps are adjustable to fit. Definitely recommend for all kinds of body cramps!

Ich nutze den Wärmegürtel von I-THERA-U um nach einem kalten Wintertag meinen Bauchbereich zu wärmen, da ich draußen arbeite und ab und zu Nierenschmerzen habe. Für diesen Zweck funktioniert der Wärmegürtel wirklich super und ich fühle mich danach besser und habe keine Schmerzen. Preis/Leistung ist auch super.

Le tissu est doux et peut être mis au contact de la peau sans problème. Un peu bruyante, mais les modes de vibrations sont assez agréables et comme il y en a plusieurs différents, chacune devrait pouvoir en trouver un qui apaise ses douleurs menstruelles.Elle se recharge en USB.
