More Than Just CoQ10!
I wanted to try this CoQ10 supplement since I have heard a lot about it. To start, this product was priced at $20.69 at the time of this review. The bottle comes with 120 softgels, serving size is 1 softgel daily which gives a great value in my opinion. This could potentially provide a supply for 120 days. While taking this supplement, I had no issues. It was easy to take and the softgels were small as well. They have a small smell to fish since they include a small amount of Omega 3, which includes DHA and EPA. I didn’t have any issues with fishy burps from the added Omega 3. I also think this is a great idea especially to help the CoQ10 benefit. On top of that it also includes PQQ which supports biogenesis of mitochondria, and vitamin E that is another antioxidant. All around, this CoQ10 supplement was a great addition to my daily supplements. I had no side effects, and I believe it is a good supplement to keep purchasing. I would recommend if approved by your healthcare provider!

Really like the Fish Oil and PQQ added to this !
I got this because I like to take CoQ10 for the health benefits it may have. While it is known that as we get older our bodies make less CoQ10 ( starting around 25 years old), it is not entirely understood imo what, if any benefits supplementing with it may do. This is rather surprising to me seeing that first off CoQ10 is associated with our energy production in a very important way imo since it is involved with making ATP ( adenosine triphosphate). Also CoQ10 is found in mitochondria especially around the heart, lungs ,liver and kidneys. There have been supposed observations with CoQ10 being reduced after strenuous activities. And our bodies natural content of it is thought to only be about 500 to 1500 mgs of it. The studies have indicated that CoQ10 levels do increase (if they were low) possibly with supplementing with it. But despite all of this,, the consensus imo of the studies ( especially the newer ones) is finding no 'significant' benefit with supplementing with it which causes me to think without doubt more studies are needed imo. I definitely continue to supplement with it especially considering that our diet generally does not provide significant amounts of it imo which means relying our bodies production of it which as said previously decreases as we get older. Some athletes report that supposedly they have more energy with CoQ10 which is not surprising to me seeing how it is found in muscle tissue. There are possible benefits speculated with CoQ10 with those who use supplements and what not to try and lower lipid levels like I do. And I personally like around 400 mgs of it daily in the mornings to get things started and ready for the day. This product contains with one softgel 400 mgs which is spot on with what I like. This is the ubiquinone of CoQ10 according to the seller which is not a big factor to me especially considering the studies imo generally see no difference between it and ubiquinol imo. The body converts the ubiquinone form to ubiquinol if it so desires but some prefer the already converted type ( ubiquinol). I like to take both types alternated throughout the year. I am also very happy to see that this has the fish oil with EPA and DHA amounts that look credible imo. I take fish oil but very welcome to get more for the possible cardio benefits it may have. And also worth mentioning is the very clever imo addition of PQQ which I think of as mitochondria food. They ( the mitochondria) make more of themselves ( to replace the dying ones) thankfully since they make our energy that keep everything working but once again add to the list another component that lessens as we age as they they divide and recreate less as we get older. However it is thought with PQQ that they (mitochondria) benefit in a manner which causes them to increase biogenesis making more of themselves possibly. Which would work out well imo with this blend possibly providing them CoQ10 to get the energy making process ready to go hopefully. I'm very impressed with the thought put into this blend. I did not see where this was third party lab tested but I do see the GMP indicator for good manufacturing practices. I also see a indicator stating "Honest Supplement Facts" which I have never seen before and very much like. These were easy to take and I had no sides. Good luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

Great for your skin.
I’ve been using CoQ10 for years and it really does help with anti-aging, it helps reduce wrinkles. It helps soften your skin and helps you to keep from aging so quickly. It can be taken internally, or you can poke the pill with a needle and squeeze out the oil and apply that directly to your skin, which I love to do it so quickly and it really does reduce wrinkles. Internally it’s also very good for your heart..

Easy to take and packed with benefits!
I've been taking these CoQ10 softgels for a few weeks now, and they’ve been a great addition to my daily routine. The combination of CoQ10, PQQ, and Omega 3 really gives me peace of mind knowing I’m supporting my heart and overall energy levels. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any fishy aftertaste, which is a huge plus for me with fish oil supplements.I also love that it's a high-dose formula—400mg is perfect for getting a solid boost without having to take multiple pills. Overall, I feel more energized throughout the day, and I’m happy to stick with this for the long term. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a solid all-in-one supplement for heart and energy health!

great supplement
I chose this brand at a Vitamin Shop and have been very pleased with it. The pill size is just right, and the strength is exactly what my doctor recommended. It doesn't upset my stomach, and the quality is excellent. It's easy to take once a day, and I get three times as much for the same price on Amazon!

Good value, strong odor, gelcaps not powder-caps
My doctor recommended for me to take CoQ10, and I've tried a couple of them. I can't easily speak to how well they are working medically, all I can give is my impression. These pills are different from the others I've used, which are powder inside of capsules. These, in contrast, are soft gelcaps, more like some types of vitamins. They are dark brown in color, and have a fairly strong, vaguely chocolate-y fragrance in the bottle, but no disturbing flavor. The quantity of CoQ10 is larger than the others I've tried - 400mg vs 100mg. They also have some Omega 3 fish oil, though much less than dedicated fish oil capsules. There was no fishy flavor or aftertaste. As far as I can tell, these seem to be good value with a relatively high potency.

Great
I take this because a certain other medication that I take depletes CoQ10. This is double the dose I usually take but it seems like a quality product and I haven't seen any issues. Capsules are easy to swallow with no stomach upset.
