This extract has a great rich hazelnut flavor and essence that adds a great nutty flavor to a dish. I tried the recipe provided for the hazelnut creamer and found that it rivaled my usual creamer I buy at the store. It's cheaper and is really easy to make. I just combined all of the ingredients in a blender and mixed for ~10 seconds and it came out just as I expected. Since this is listed as water soluble you may be able to get away with just using a whisk/coffee frother to mix it if you don't want to dirty a blender.Price seems pretty fair since this extract is pretty strong and does not require much to add a lot of flavor. Packaging was solid and very secure so I'm confident it wont break in shipping. The addition of the graded tincture is amazing too since it makes precise measurements easier (which is very important for extracts, since accidentally adding too much can completely ruin whatever you add it to).

This is delicious! My primary reason for getting this is to add to hot beverages. There used to be a hazelnut chai that I loved, but it got discontinued. So, recreating that was my first try… and it was awesome! As the instructions say, a little goes a long way. I made about 22 oz (it’s a big cup, I know, lol!) of chai tea with three drops of the hazelnut extract and it was great and came very close to what I remembered. I may try adding 4 drops next time, just to see what it’s like, but it was great as is. I’m looking forward to using this in making muffins or icing for cupcakes, too. The bottle comes with a well-marked pipette/dropper I’m very pleased with the purchase.

this is just alright, it's really easy to add way too much. from my use, when adding it to coffee, hot chocolate, or even my protein oatmeal, you dont want to go over .25 on the dropper, id say go half way less even, for a regular 8oz drink. the taste is slightly on the bitter side, a bit plastic-y, especially when you add too much, i'd say this is like a raw or barely roasted type of hazelnut, very earthy. decently fragrant though and does add a depth to whatever you add it to.for baking, the bitter-plastic taste seemingly disappears (as long as you dont overdo it of course) and gives a nice hazelnut taste, pairs well with chocolate items, like chocolate cakes. these drops are definitely better for baking, than drinks.

I love hazelnut and any nuts for that matter. I put a little of the extract on a small spoon to taste with my finger and it instantly burned my tongue and lips and the taste just didn't taste buttery, brown sugar like, nutty like. I am hesitant to make up a batch of cookies and muffins and then add this to it, in fear of not knowing the outcome. The first ingredient is propylene glycol, natural flavors.

I used to order hazelnut syrup in my cappuccinos, and so I was looking forward to adding hazelnut extract to my pantry. The flavor is deep and nutty, reminding me of slightly raw hazelnut. This isn't like the sweetened coffee syrup, which is ideal for baking and customizing beverages to my taste preferences. That said, Dulce has a recipe for making your own hazelnut coffee creamer.I really like how Dolce includes the droppers, making it easier to measure their flavorful extracts. The bottle is glass. Natural flavors and no alcohol or sugar. Great way to add some flavor when avoiding sugar or on a keto diet. Excellent extract and addition to my pantry.

Been doing two drops in my morning coffee last few days since getting it and it's very good. It is very strong so a little bit goes a long way. The flavor is really good just like most hazelnut coffee syrups I have tried, but this is a natural extract and honestly has a better more natural flavor. If you like hazelnuts or anything hazelnut flavored you should enjoy this quite a bit.

I make Hazelnut icing for cup cakes, and I usually use an ordinary store extract. But I am throwing them all away since I received the Dolce Flav Natural Hazelnut Extract. You want to talk about STRONG ! WOW, this extract has such a kick to it, just placing a single drop in your mouth is like eating a bag of hazelnuts. I couldn't be happier with this product!
