The 21" long fits dogs with a neck size of 14" to 21". Comes with a free custom brass name plate, you get three lines of text: Line 1- 18 characters, including spaces. Line 2- 16 characters, including spaces. Line 3- 18 characters, including spaces. Tags are typed in the same font size and in ALL CAPS. There are no special characters available, only brackets, period, comma, plus sign, quote, and slash.
