Chair is less than 2 months old and it broke. Do not recommend it

Good chair, very comfortable . My only issue is the headrest. How do you attach the headrest, it looks like you needs drill to make holes so not very convenient.

Nice and sturdy chair to use in our home office

I was on the chair first time use at new office I have just prepped and literally within minutes I turned round to grab something ( swivelled) and it snapped , what a joke caused me to lerch forward. And now have to replace the box as it looked nice and sturdy to threw once built.Please consider buying this , waste is the best place for this item. 😔

Very easy to put together

Cheaply made plastic chairs not worth the price IMO.Neck pad is fairly uncomfortable even with adjustment.Seem to be better suited to kids or teenagers rather than adults.Only have them a day but not sure how long they will last.This is the second set of swivel chairs I’ve ordered in the last month.First set (Youhauchair ) were way better and for a similar price.

Comfy chair and went well with white desk

Bought this chair after seeing the favourable reviews. It is comfortable right up the the point it breaks after less than a week. 2 prongs on the base failed. Not robust at all. Awaiting a refund.Update - have added 2 stars for the excellent customer service i have received after the incident. The company offered a replacement and have now refunded. Quick reply to message which indicates to me at least that they care about customer service. Disappointed that the product didn't suit but will consider other products in the future following the excellent customer service
