FairPlay, for the money, you cant go wrong, the disc lock alarm isn’t as bad as people make out, but i do have my bike under a cover, its gone off once or twice, but had a really bad storm the other night, didn’t even sound a warning.... ide recommend.... and the chain and lock is ok.... i mean, the chain is thick and heavy,, i thintits good quality, the lock could be a bit stronger, it does feel kinda light and weak.... but hey,,, for the money, again ide recommend,,,, im happy with it,,, Thank you...

Over sensitive disc lock, but that’s okay I just can’t use it with my cover as the wind sets the disc lock off, chain and lock were great until today and considering I have had this item for a month at that, it took me an hour lots of wd40, a hammer and the help of my dad to get the padlock off after it decided it wasn’t going to unlock while being attached to my bike, after getting the padlock off we were able to see that the key wasn’t doing anything and nothing was clicking, nor moving, and now it’s locked not attached to my chain nor bike, but still won’t unlock, so I have a chain and no padlock, very annoyed, chain is sturdy tho!

Super. Quality, heavy duty chain and lock. Superb protection in the chain to protect your wheelsThe disc lock / alarm is very sensitive ( the heavy rain set it off ) and ear splitting when set off.I’d recommend this set to anyone on a budget as it matches the more expensive security items on the market.

Padlock is a bit stiff and in the dark it might be harder to lock and unlock, disc lock is great and chain is thick and heavy which is good, but all in all very good value for money ☑️

Both items are well made, the disc lock is well loud and so easy to apply to the bike was a bit of a fiddle at first but then no probs, the carry case is a nice touch. The lock is heavy but that's understandable but Both items are a good purchase and a good deterrent to make it not so easy for your bike to be taken.

The chain is solid someone tried to cut through it and they couldn’t get the link fully cut, the disc lock is functional some wd40 is needed every few months. Don’t even bother with the pad lock. I had to get a hammer and angle grinder out to get that off because the barrel failed and none of the keys would work in it

An essential kit of security devices for beginners motorcyclists. The chain is heavy and robust, but the small D-lpck key can be a bit fiddly, but not surprising for the cost. Great value kit.

I recently purchased the bike lock and chain set, including a disc lock, from Amazon, and my experience has been quite mixed.Let's start with the positive: the chain itself is sturdy and does the job of securing my bike decently well. However, the same cannot be said for the lock. After just a handful of uses, the key refused to cooperate, leaving me frustrated and stranded for nearly half an hour. Eventually, out of sheer frustration, I attempted to open it with force, only to find the shackle snapping with just a couple of light hammer taps. It's utterly disappointing and unreliable.On the bright side, the disc lock does offer an audible alarm, adding an extra layer of security, which is appreciated. But it's overshadowed by the sheer disappointment of the primary lock's performance.In the end, I've upgraded to the Lite Lock X1, which provides a much more reassuring level of security. While the chain and disc lock salvage some points, the abysmal performance of the primary lock compels me to give this set a mixed rating. Three stars for the disc lock and chain, but minus five stars for the abysmal primary lock. It's simply not worth the risk.
