It worked, unless it didn't.
Tough to say if it really works since you don't feel anything. I can anecdotally say though, that my back was bugging me, I used it religiously for a month, and then kind of forgot to keep using it because it hasn't been hurting. There are a million variables in life, and I can not rule out the possibility that this helped, but I also cannot decisively say that it did. I will say that I left it in my car a few months when I forgot about it and it stopped working, but they are warrantying it, so I can't complain too much. Can't say I'd specifically recommend it, but if you have FSA money to burn and back pain, may as well go for it!

The manufacturer doesn't seem to be active so buy at your own risk
I inherited this and the CD it came with is from 2012. Software wouldnt download onto my macbook, had to find a PC with a CD drive to finally get it to work. Just a warning to anyone hoping to purchase.
