First of all, the bikes ship very quickly, packaged very well, and customer service is exactly what we’d all wish for in every company. Easily built, these bikes are very well made. Beautiful paint, components are not cheap parts, and a smooth solid ride. Zippy fast, so watch out. Peddle assist 1 is enough for most rides. We just cruise. We got two wild cats, but realized it was much too big for the misses. No problems returning and getting the smaller Rocky pro. Glad we did. A great bike for someone smaller. She’s 5’2, I’m 6’2. Both are sized perfectly for each of us. We haven’t rode far enough to challenge the battery life, but I’m sure they are ample enough for long rides. We love them, and highly recommend this company…

I bought the rocky for my wife.She tried a full size E bike and found it was a little too big and heavy.I ran across this on amazon and checked it out on you tube.It looked like a solid build.The packaging was great.The bike was in great shape.I test drove it and found this thing has excellent torque out of the hole.We did a little trail riding through the woods a couple times she handled it nice nothing extreme but a easy ride.The rear and front suspension handled it fine.She has a couple hundred miles on it now and every thing is great. The paths we've been riding mixed moderate hills,bike paths and street she gets about 40 miles on a charge.She usually doesnt use above level 2 because this thing can push 30 or better on 5.The brake light is a nice feature and the headlight looks pretty cool.Would I buy it again?Yes.

This bike is Great. The durability and handling of the bike is top notch. I definitely will recommend this bike to friends and family. I move slow and it allows me to get out more and enjoy riding again. You have the option to pedal or use the push button to electric start. You can go fast or slow. It is optional and your in control of the bike. The look of it is stylish and sporty. I'm so glad you made a bike like this. Hands down the Best. It's comfortable. After searching and reading countless reviews, I settled on the Freesky Rocky 48v to 750w eBike and I could not be happier. Had a few questions after purchase and the tech support could not be better. Fast. Responsive. Totally engaged in resolving the issue. Do not hesitate to purchase a bike from Freesky. The Rockyhas plenty of power. The bike comes mostly assembled. What doesn't come assembled takes no-time to finish. Some details worth mentioning:. Bike is built very well. Solid, not flimsy in any way. The brakes are exceptional. The shifting is smooth. The headlight kicks butt and the fact it has a taillight is awesome. Front and rear suspension (the rear is a bit stiff but....). The controller/computer is easy to read and adjust. I really can't say enough good about this bike. I am 250lbs and 5'9" and this bike hauls me around no problem. I have added the rear rack bag, added mirrors and swapped out the seat for one that I had on a previous bike. This is one purchase that I have no remorse from. Buy one for yourself and see.

quite a bit of torque. My first ebike and haven't ridden a regular bike in a few years but this was a definite good buy. I didn't need to make any adjustments on anything it was set up nicely from the factory and I really wasn't expecting that. I sure enjoyed getting outside and riding 8 miles for my first ride in freezing cold weather. I will probably wait for a nicer day for my next ride but just had to try it. Ebikes are sure fun and this one is very much a nice ride. My only problem was the display was not connected and that was hidden because of the nice cable cover they have in place. So when I went to turn on the display it wasn't working. I reseated the battery and that did not help but my next step was to look for a wiring issue and it was quickly found and Presto it was working. Hope all have as much fun with theirs as this will be for me.

Received the red Rocky standard bike in excellent condition, well package for shipment and fast delivery. It was a ease to assemble the bike. I took it to the beach and park this weekend and it was great and didn’t disappointed me. I’ve loved every minute of riding this bike. It’s well-made, powerful and attractive. My friends tried the bike and they all love it too. For carrying more things when I go biking, I need to purchase the front and rear baskets. I contacted the seller and the customer support team was responsive and helpful throughout the process.. I’m very happy with this purchased. Highly recommended!!

I love the bike, great quality, nice design, fun to ride!The only negative is the tires are very thin, got a flat from a goat head. I bought it for looks, but it is so much more. It drives up the hills like a dream. I thoroughly love riding this bike. Battery lasts a long time and charges easily. I have had it for 10 months and couldn’t be happier with it.

Well i have say that this Bike is great. There was a couple of flaws in the one of the screw depths in the front basket mount and the one front fender screw. Couple of washers fixed that. And as for the seat. Going to get a better one for my butt. And i did buy mirrors for it the Hafney, witch i did find the reach a little short my shoulder blocks some the view in the mirror.Will replace, but good for now. As for the bike itself it is fun to ride, It cruise's around 20mph. Living in a small town , use it to go work check the mail visit friends. Just a all around great bike for my needs.

Very nice and quality ebike and quality service, after easy assembly I went for a quick test ride i felt the ebike rear wheel was a bit off, enough that I didn’t enjoy the ride. After 2 weeks of videos and negotiations, they decided to send me a new rear wheel with motor, they told me about 40 days before delivery, it took 50 days, it was long and worrying, after installation I took a test ride and what a difference it made, for me it was worth it. Carl you are a quality service man, he also send me free accessories. Thank you very much I really appreciate your excellent service. Charles

Iam a bigger guy I wish that we had the option of getting the more bigger shock they had 1000 lbs compared to the standard shocks that came with the rocky I am 250 lbs and the standard do not handle me well other then that a very well made bike its a great starter bike will get you anywhere i am 6foot four there are bigger bikes but the 20 inch tire give you a bit more torque .

I bought an E-Bike 3 yrs ago, I never was comfortable with it because I'm only 5'1. I couldn't put both feet on the ground while at a stop sign because it was to high, So I sold it to a taller biker. Not only this E-bike is so much comfortable to ride with front and rear suspension plus hydraulic brakes, and most importantly, I can actually put both feet on the ground which is safer for my 5"1. Also the company's rep Ivy was so helpful and nice and quickly settled a a small issue. t he issue was of my own doing. She was very professional and understanding. I will certainly recommend this company to friends and family. Again, the comfort in riding this Bike is unsurpassed.
