Worth a try for help with migraine prevention
I chose this product after years of taking CoQ10 in powder form in a capsule. The osteopathic physician I see recommended a bioavailable form but didn't have the brand names handy. A brief search turned up a couple of brands and this one is available on Amazon. My reason for taking it is to help with prevention of chronic migraine, which I've had for several years. Some neurologists recommend trying it. I think clinical studies show that CoQ10 can be effective.I don't want to convey the idea that this is a miracle drug of any kind, because I don't know for certain, and there's really no such thing for chronic migraine anyway. But I can tell you that in combination with a new preventive Rx that I'm trying, along with resting more and following other behavioral and dietary approaches, I'm doing better. You might want to try it for a month or more to see if it makes a difference. I take it twice a day. It makes my mouth a bit dry, but I carry a water bottle with me everywhere to stay hydrated. I am reordering it today to see how things go for a second month
