Be Aware
I followed the instructions and my wife began gasping for air and lost her voice immediately. She began to panic so I gave her a Benadryl. I threw this crap into the garbage. They should tell people about what the adverse effects are instead of trying to make a buck. Be careful folks. That’s all I’m gonna say. For me it was a waste of money and caused stress.

Don't waste your money, It does nothing. Used it 3 days in a row and the snoring was the same. Can't return if not satisfied
