This is great, we had a new front door and didn’t want to put anything on the back to stop the dog chewing the mail. This is now outside on the wall and we have no worries.

The product has two foam pads which are to stop noise from the opening flap when it's windy. When I received the product these were peeling off so would not remain in place for any time once in use.In addition, the top fixing holes are positioned directly in line with the cross member between the letter flap and the lockable door. This means that you can't line up a screwdriver with the hole and would have to drill the holes at an angle in order to gain access. Use of an electric driver would be impossible even with angled holes.

Used for internal flat, can't comment if it's waterproof. The only down side is anyone could get there hand in through top flap and grab letters

This seems to be fine and just what I wanted. My only comment on the design (so far) is that the top holes for fixing it to a wall are on the same level as the bar that the flap goes against, requiring some agile screwdriver work!

Not weatherproof. Key very difficult to insert. Useless product.

Basic but does exactly what is says it will - keeps posted items safe.

This would be a great letter box was it not for the fact that when it rains water gets into the box and turns your mail into paper mache...the corners of the box are not sealed at all ...dont waste your money on this letter box unless it's for inside use only.

Not a lot once I’d spent time outing it up then collecting the post to find soaking wet letters. Then Amazon want you to return it, more wasting my time, fuel and energy!!.Oh and try to find a way of contacting Amazon to explain that they can collect thefaulty product!!!!.
