XL 9 ft Long Doula Mexican Rebozo Shawl

I purchased the 9ft option and it is beautiful, lightweight and perfect for the rebozo carry! I love it. It is now my go to wrap (and I have like 4 different styles of carrier). It carries similar to a ring sling but is much easier to adjust and use.

I have been using this around the house for comfort measures in my third trimester, as recommended by my doula. We will also be using it in labor. It's not stretchy, which I like... but it does have pulls in it, due to the open weave. It is a pretty scratchy fabric before being washed, but softened up. Colors true to picture.

For the money this was an excellent purchase! I used it when my daughter was laboring to keep her belly in a better, more upright position. I am in training to be a DONA certified doula. I gave this one to my daughter to use as a baby sling/wrap. I WILL by purchasing another to use with other moms!

Very pretty, quality weave, nice thickness.Towards the end of my pregnancy I used a doula technique to tie it around me and support my pelvis, which greatly relieved pain and instability. Didn't get to use it during labor as things moved too fast.Postpartum, not bad as a baby carrier, but rather too short for kangaroo carry or moby wrap. I tie a hammock sling for my newborn or friction-held sling chair for my toddler. Also lovely as a scarf.

Beautiful colors - much brighter than I was expecting because it has far more colors than it's pictured with. I'm totally fine with that though.. My issue with it, however, is that it arrived with loose threading - it makes me scared to wash it. Due to the way it's put together, any slack in the knots at each end cause the whole row of string to become loose. Personally, I'd prefer something more sturdily made that can't get snagged on things. BUT, it's slim pickings and this is about the best overall option I could find on Amazon that didn't cost a ton.

Purchased this as a baby shower gift. Mom was thrilled. The quality and the color was perfect. Mom and baby are going to have a beautiful bonding thanks to the high quality of this shawl.

Gorgeous colors and heavy weight, but the threads snag really easily if you’re not careful. This thing helped me so much in the end of my pregnancy with the rebozo exercises recommended by my doula and midwife. I look forward to using it again with the next baby :)

This was such a beautiful product for a reasonable price. It had great length, soft texture, and was lightweight, which is important when carrying in a doula birth bag. I used it in a birth and gave to mom to build other memories in the future with her new baby.
