Fits the tap, seems insulated so should do the job
Neat compact insulated bag that fits over my outside tap. Weather proof so should protect the tap/pipe during the worse of weather.

Soaks up water
Covers the tail well, but gets soaked in water when it rains. Not sure how it would keep tap from freezing if the temperature drops very low after it had rained.
