Great value for money. Texture semi soft, lovely to put on a cryst bread. Also Great to toast and put in omelets. Size is ok, however I would buy bigger next time if possible. Tast is very nice, not to strong and not too weak, just right and uou can't beat organic with no additives.

Always sent to customer with an extremely short expiry date usually for the following week. Which means the cheese has expired by the time your ready to eat it. Especially when you order x8.

Absolutely the best spread over a dense heavy rye bread.

It might be unfair to mark a cheese down because if its taste but I didn't like it.It has a strong taste - so much so that I wondered if it had gone off. But it didn't have any I'll effects so I assume it was supposed to be like that.
