Pleasantly surprised.
I wanted to create a budget friendly Hi-fi setup for my dining room. I got hold of some nice 120watt 6ohm Denon speakers from Facebook Marketplace for a few quid. Once hooked up to this I have to admit I am impressed. This tiny amp drives these speakers with plenty off room left for volumes I'd only dare go to in my younger years. The sound is rich and warm (though of course milage with vary depending what you hook up to). As I type this I am streaming sounds of the 70's from radio 2 app on my phone via Bluetooth and I couldn't ask for a better Hi-fi sound. The range is great, the sound stage is great and the power is more than enough. I also have an amazon basic vertical CD player hooked up and these sound wonderful too. My wife was skeptical at first "but we have a Google thing". Yeah, no... There is no match for real Hi-fi and I am very happy to report this is as real as it gets. I have a dedicated Denon amp and setup in the other room but I think I actually prefer my new setup which cost a quarter of the price! I hope it lasts but I have no reason to believe not. The amp is small but feels quality with an all metal construction. I hope to be using this for many years to come. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Fossi audio to anyone.

Wonderfully surprised
I bought this Fosi amp as a gift. A friend of mine recently moved into a new flat and I wanted her to have a quality audio setup. I found a great deal for a pair of Celestion SL6 passive speakers (100w) on eBay - they were high end, audiophile level bookshelf speakers back in 80s, which look cool too. I just needed to find an amp to power them (on a budget). Had to be easy to use, connect to her phone and TV, small, and ‘pretty’ enough for her to consider keeping in her living room - she’s not really into her tech and was nervous when I told her I was getting her speakers.Have to say I was a little nervous too. I’m used to spending large amounts on audio gear, and I had no idea what to expect from this 50w, £50 amp. Would it power the speakers and how would they sound?Well, I shouldn’t have worried. The moment music came through we both had an enormous smile on our faces. She couldn’t believe the difference, and how good audio can sound compared to what she had before. The amp is plenty powerful, max volume is too loud for her flat. The bass is rich and delicious, and the separation is miles better than anything I was expecting. Such a pleasant surprise. Obviously the speakers would sound better still with a high-end amp, but we’re talking marginal gains. With a nice pair of passive speakers this amp offers you an order of magnitude better sound than your typical active speaker set up (sound bar, sonos etc). Excellent value.

Greta Would Be Impressed
This review is a 48 hour ownership test for: [New Upgraded] Bluetooth 5.0 Amplifier Stereo Audio Amp Receiver, 2 Channel Mini Hi-Fi Class D Integrated Amp, for Passive Speakers 50W x 2, with 19V 4.74A Power Supply - Fosi Audio BT10A. Purchased 15.09.2021 with voucher applied, total price paid including postage £57.95.I only read one-star reviews and if I can live with the problems, I’m a customer. I assume most five-star reviews are fake especially accompanied with pictures. I only review when I’m super impressed. This review is genuine of course lol.The unit (Brand Fosi) is designed for the likes of me, hoarding a forty-year-old Sony hi-fi and Sony (made in Germany) 8 ohms 40-Watt RMS speakers in a cupboard under the stairs, which back in the day were the bees’ knees, now covered in dust, rust and mould. The Amp fails immediately on turning on, with 1980’s tech relays going crazy and finally dying. The Speakers tested through another amp sound identical to the day I bought them, aged eighteen. So, what to do? Trawled amazon Bluetooth receivers and amps and learnt about LDAC and APTX decoding (near hi-fi quality) with loads of negative feedback on connection problems when moving through the house with their phone. More importantly, complaints about connection pops, clicks, background noise and even arching sparks when inserting the power supply. This upgraded unit is completely silent even when turning on and volume increased. The power supply appears to be of standard laptop fare, with no issues. At loud Party Music volume, the unit and PSU remains almost cool to the touch. On opening the box (presentation standard) the unit is shockingly small, although made of good quality aluminium materials and copper connections. The instructions are printed in colour on quality card and are clear and well put together. Choice of Bare wire or Banana connectors for the speakers. Once set up and connected to phone via Bluetooth the sound produced is astonishing. A negative reviewer for a different but similar product complained that middle range frequencies are lacking. It is my opinion to achieve perfect HD Hi-Fi sound, you would have to spend a thousand pounds, although compressed Bluetooth and MP3 files from Spotify and YouTube cannot replicate sound purity anyway. My NAD and Techniques Hi-FI with Rogers Export Monitors produce a smooth mellow pure sound. In comparison the Fosi unit produces a much punchier aggressive sound, which can be controlled successfully by carefully adjusting the tiny base and treble knobs. We have tested every genre of music on the unit, from classical through to today’s dance music and I reckon it does a superb job all round. The important negative to consider is, that in my experience the Bluetooth will disconnect if you move around the house with your phone (It did on my test).I’ll update this review if it bursts into flames but I’m fairly confident it won’t.The unit and my old speakers are heading off to my daughters new Glasgow flat and after having a shot she’s dead chuffed. Plus, Greta will approve and Curry’s won’t.Good Luck and Enjoy. (Usual £10 thanks Fosi ((lol)).

Great but slightly lacking power
Having read the reviews, and particularly one by someone using this amp to drive Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 speakers, I bought the BT10A-S. The Bluetooth synced perfectly and was noise free. The sound quality was very clean but not sufficient to drive the Wharfedales to anything like their maximum volume. In retrospect I should have gone for the 2x100W version. Nonetheless a great little unit well put together.
