This creatine powder is solid! I noticed the effects pretty quickly, but of course, that’s with training in the gym. If you’re just doing cardio, you probably won’t see much difference, but that’s not the product’s fault—it’s like protein, you take it when you’re building muscle. It absolutely helps, and the taste is actually good, way better than the bland ones I’ve had. Personally, I prefer a flavored creatine, and this one keeps me motivated when training!

Mixes well with room temperature bottled water and it tastes like fruit flavored lemonade. It is super sweet. I've gained weight without having to work out from taking this product. I'm definitely buying again.

Has good flavor, just a little too sweet, It dissolves well. I've noticed an improvement in myself, I feel ith more energy specially during workouts.

Tastes great! Have been using ON for years. I quit using creatine for about 5 years. I just started again 4 weeks ago and in my leaning phase and what a difference in the way my body looks already. I do take it daily and workout 5 days a week. I will always use this brand, it's the only one I see results with.

It's still creatine serves its purposeIt just tastes so nasty and disgusting don't buy it it is just a waste of money the only thing that ruined it was the flavor it tastes like only war yogurt and it is terrible I knew it wasn't going come with a scoop because it said that and I still think it's silly not to include one thought I was going to like it because blueberry lemonade sounded nice.......until it wasn't it's $14 pretty cheap for some creatine your better off spending a lot for some quality stuff so go and buy something unflavored and enjoyable BUT NOT THIS its you get what you pay for........season learned DONT BE CHEAP!!!

My husband bought this for himself. He was annoyed that it Didn't have a scoop. The taste was good but it has other artificial flavoring that he wasn't a fan of. this also breaks your intermittent fast.
