KONGWubba Friends Ballistic - Nylon Tug of War Dog Toy (Assorted Characters) - For Small Dogs

After trying many alleged tough toys, only for them to be destroyed in less than a day, I gave up and decided to try something more expensive. This monstrosity has lasted for weeks…… WEEKS!!! It is really well made, with a squeaker that sounds like the death throes of a stampede of possessed lemmings. If you enjoy watching telly, reading or having intact ear drums then it may be time to give them up. Our dog LOVES this toy and IT JUST WILL NOT DIE!!! Worth every penny for your dogs enjoyment, purchase with ear plugs for your own sanity.

This is extremely sturdy and can cope with a determined chewer. The squeak is sooo loud though, so be prepared!

Bought this for my 7 month old Doberman. I spent time and read the reviews and decided to buy this along indestructible toy as she has destroyed everything else. For being indestructible, she had it destroyed within the first day! Absolute rubbish. Complete waste of money. Avoid this and spend a little more and purchases the benebone toy/chews

It says the cloth is made of a durable reinforced nylon exterior... ten minutes & my little pooch was through it. Oh such high hopes dashed by a 10 month pup.Sorry, i can't recommend this.I think Kong are now just trading on their past reputation for producing hard wearing pet toys.

Over the 10+ years have been lucky enough to have a dog in my life have had many versions of these. Used to get one & it would last years. Now lasts weeks/month. Fabric is softer/less sturdy leading to ease destruction. The fabric collars that separate the two rubber balls inside & seals the 2 balls in the fabric shell tend to separate where stitched together - I have a fix for that which GREATLY increases the life of these that is simple, easy, inexpensive.Zip ties. I get whatever size is cheapest in a 20 pack. I zip tie the bottom fabric gasket & a 2nd to retain form/separate the 2 balls (smaller from larger). Any sharp edges on the zip ties can be softened or rounded to prevent injury by melting & molding sharp edges smooth in the hard plastic zip ties with a wand lighter (just practice safety). This saved one Kong that was 8 years old @ another that was days old from this seller (when both would’ve been trash-bound).These are then good for fetch, tug, shaking. For those dogs that tend to lie there & destroy (I.e. puppies/adolescent ~ 1 yr old “destructive stage”) - these will need supervision & removal to prevent shredding/eating the flappy material & help teach appropriate play.

I owned a Kong weave that lasted for months and months, but it finally got too torn up to keep. I was excited to get this replacement as my dogs both loved the old one.I was surprised to find that what I was sent looked nothing like the products shown in the pictures, and was definitely not the same toy I had bought in the past.Unlike the Kong weave I got before, this one lasted a whole 3 hours, with the same dogs that played with the old one for months.Crap quality weave, incorrectly advertised. Sad

My American Bulldog got this more than 24 hours ago and loves it. His favorite toys are stuffed animals with squeakers but every kind out there he shreds and punctures the squeaker in anywhere from under a minute to a few minutes for the most durable I’ve found so he’s gone through a lot very quickly which can be expensive. I’ve bought other durable squeaky toys but he doesn’t like them if they aren’t soft, cloth, stuffed animals for some reason. I’m so excited I finally found one he likes because he has a huge crate full of toys he’s tried. For reference, he’s about 100 lbs, his jaw muscles are a few inches thick on each side, and he is extremely strong. I like that I can play tug with it too. The material is nice like it’s soft but doesn’t absorb his drool or feel gross with slobber like his other toys. I’ll try to update if/when it ever stops squeaking or if he manages to shred it but so far it still looks brand new. This is my new go-to buy for toys… it’s like it was made just for his needs.Update: so after a couple days there was a very small amount of stuffing coming from the nose. The next day I could see puncture marks on the squeaker but it still squeaked. Now not even 4 days after he got it, it’s stopped squeaking. This is still the longest lasting squeaky stuffed animal type toy he’s gotten but at this price it’ll be something I get him a few times a year since he’s spoiled with so many other things that I already spend thousands a year on him. He still plays with it a little bit… like tug and fetch and a tiny bit on his own but that’ll probably fade since it lost most of it’s value. He’ll probably focus more on shredding it now that it doesn’t squeak
