great diary for all of your daughter's secrets
This is an awesome, stylish and cute diary. The diary came with 2 keys, and the lock is easy for my 8 year old to unlock. The colors are bright and the owls are adorable. There are a lot more pages than I expected and is nicer than the diary we bought at Claire's for twice the price. I will def order additional diaries like this for birthday gifts.

Cute but much smaller than I thought it would be.
It's a really cute journal and my daughter likes it a lot. I wasn't paying attention to the item description and didn't realize the notebook was only 6" x 5 something. It's a really tiny, but so is my daughter, so it wasn't a big deal. I did take one of the two keys for safekeeping when she opened it, and sure enough she lost her key within the first 30 minutes.

Wonderful journal!
Bought this for my daughter's 8th birthday. She loves it and it has encouraged her to write every night. The pages are colorful and inviting, and there are plenty of them. The quality is as expected! The lock is a child's lock, so don't expect too much from it. Overall, I would buy another just like it when this one is full!

Cute and Sturdy
I have a very happy granddaughter who is now busy writing in her 'private journal'. The diary is cute, well constructed and while the lock and key are really nothing much more than a luggage lock, it is sufficient to keep a busy brother and sister out of one's personal thoughts!

Disappointed. The dimensions were as advertised, but the hinge and lock were rusted which made this item look very cheap. If it wasn't a stocking stuffer, I would have sent it back. Seller should really inspect their inventory. Very poor quality control.

My daughter loves her journal. It is a very nice and sturdy journal. The lock could have been a little more simple to put on, but she manages without complaining. She is 8 years old.

Perfect dairy for a girl
My niece loves this diary she's writing in it almost everyday and I also bought her an owl pen to go with it with stickers. It's a really good buy and the right size for a girl to write in.
