I purchased these to be used in Arizona (Summer) they are light, and give me the full upper body protection I was looking for. They wash out just fine, and I throw them on the line outside to dry (5 Minutes here, LOL)I would recommend you give them a try if my needs are the same as yours for a work shirt.

I am a women, and I got the Sports-Tek to go under an A's jersey, Bought the A's jersey in an X-Large to give me Bust space. Worked out perfect, so I thought when I bought the Sports-Tek I would do the X-large, well, better to big than to small. I could have gone with a Large. But, it still looked cool!

fit as expected. Very soft. didn't shrink despite repeated washings.
