Don’t waste your money.
This thing is difficult to put on and is not very effective once you get it on.Even if it did work well $90 for a small piece of plastic is excessive, to say the least.Get the Bard Cunningham Clamp. It costs half as much, is easy to put on, comfortable and effective .

Comfortable clamp reduces leakage
This device works well to reduce leakage. It is a good change from wearing condom catheters all the time. It's a little pricey, but if it holds up it will be well worth it.

Not overly thrilled.
I bought 2. 1 medium and 1 small. I wasn't able to determine my size by your measurement technique. neither fit right. The small is to tight and pinching. the larger tends to leak and slip off more easily. I do a lot of sitting and standing (up and down), and I find the device constantly falling off. Also it pinches. I have the Weisner device. and for about a third of the money, can get the same result, and can swim with Weisner. Was disappointed in overall performance.

Messy and ineffective
I was hoping that this clamp would be effective because it is less bulky than the Weisner or the Cunningham clamps. It is less bulky but it doesn’t do its intended job. Despite working hard to orient it properly and clamping it as tight as I could, a simple cough, deep breath yield a significant leak. This is a relatively expensive clamp that is messy to try to apply especially if you have stress incontinence. I wouldn’t waste my money on this product. I’ll go back to the Weisner, which is pretty good, with the hope that someone will develop a less bulky but effective clamp.

that it works--but the tighting arm is a weak spot
harder to use than I thought it would be, pinches, and hard to get tight enough, but works when you get it on right ! fast service from people who help. the replacement works better than the first one did. after about 8 weeks the retaining strap bar broke , it needs a stainless pin to reinforce it to make it stronger. a good product that could be made better.

Works well, and fits comfortably, to stop leaks
Pacey Cuff is made with quality materials and fits as advertised. Instructions for use are clear and helpful in adjusting device for maximum efficiency. It's not perfect, as I still have some small leaks if I don't routinely empty my bladder, but it significantly reduces the quantity of absorbent pads used daily. In my case it has also provided some remedial effects for my sensitive bladder, since the bladder is becoming more accustomed to holding urine for longer periods of time. I'm hopeful this will continue in my recovery as I have only used this device for 2 months and I am seeing positive signs. Also, customer service has been great as they have fulfilled their promises for legitimate returns. I'm very satisfied with the product.

expensive but functional
Way too expensive for what it is. Another example of our over priced health care. But, the product works well and is moderately comfortable.

Worthless, for what it is intended.
I have had incontinence since 2011 from prostate Cancer, I have tried all the devices on the market, This one being the most expensive and ranks LAST on my list. I keep thinking someone will make a device that will work, but the only one that comes close is the Wiesner Penile Clamp for about $40.00. most are too long and too big. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS POS. Hope he is a better Doctor than designer.

This Pacey Cuff surpasses the previous incontinence devices that I have used in the past.
Had a issue with the size, but the support staff was quite understanding and more than eager to help me. I now have the right size Pacey Cuff and I love it. It is much more comfortable than the competitors', Trust me, this is my 3rd type of incontinence device that I try and this is the one that spells COMFORT. I am definitely recommending this product.

Yep....Still working!!!😊
I have been suffering with urinary incontinence for the past 4 years, following a radical prostatectomy and then radiation. Depending on my activity level, I was going through 1 to 3 pads a day.I purchased the Pacey Cuff a month ago and have pretty much given up my pads! After I mastered tightening it to prevent leaks and at the same time preventing pinching of the skin, it is now part of my routine. If put on properly it is very comfortable and effective.I have had occasion to call their Customer Support a couple times. Each time, Nadine was very, very helpful. Finally! A product that has lived up to its promises for me and with a support line to address any concerns. Thank you Pacey Cuff!.....A year and a half later, I am still getting great control. As time wore on I was able to tighten the cuff as constant wear stretched it some. The recent addition of the sleeve makes the cuff even more comfortable to use. And again I have gotten great support from Nadine and Dylon when required. Thanks Pacey Cuff for making a great product even greater!!!

Not a satisfactory experience.
Found the device to be unsuitable for my needs. Main disadvantage is slippage when sitting or stooping. Can be tightened to reduce the issue but then circulation becomes an added concern.. Unable to remedy these issues thus do not wear. Possibly ordered the wrong size? Unknown how to determine sizing when ordering.

dont have to be removed to urinate
the concept is very good, but is doesnt stay set in place. I dont know if the penis shrinks during daily activities or if the product loosens on its own. I would like to try the smaller size but am afraid there is a design defect.
